Issak Herzog Came On Strong

I have the Channel One IBA Israel TV news on. The technicians/editors are utilizing modern technology to interview their "men on the scene" in Beersheva, Sederot and other blitzed by Arab terrorists locations.

Veteran broadcaster, Benny Lis, was in the middle of telling us that after four, five days plus of being attacked, people are losing hope, when all of a sudden, Minister of Welfare, Issak Herzog grabbed the mic and chastised him very strongly:

"Don't you dare speak like that! The people of Israel are strong, and nothing is going to break them."

Strong words, but ... but... what does he have to offer?

A great miracle happened in Ashdod. A tall for Israel building was hit by a kassam on the top floor, and the building is still standing. It has been emptied and is being checked to see if the people can return.

The media (IBA) is staying away from most of the Right wing opposition, but they keep interviewing the Left, extreme Left and even communist Left.

What's interesting is that almost everyone, even from the Left, is demanding strong action and clear war aims to destroy the "terrorist infrastructure." Whether that's really the style they go for or not, it's good politics, because that's what the people want. Nobody really wants a "cease fire" until the enemy is defeated.
