Dangerous Glorification of Arab Terrorists

On the International Left, in Europe, The USA, Israeli, too, and beyond, there exists an extremely dangerous phenomena glorifying Arab terrorists and terrorism. IMHO, one of the most dangerous and numerous locations is academia, universities all over the world, because they very authoritatively indoctrinate naive and gullible students, staff and readers of their articles and journals.

Habash, described by Time magazine as the “godfather of Middle East terrorism,” was forced to resign as head of the PFLP in 2000, due to ill health. He died in 2008.

Israeli diplomats and pro-Israel students and speakers have been shouted down and banned from universities and conferences, because they aren't willing to pay homage to Arab terrorism nor support policies that would endanger and destroy the State of Israel.

Americans who are upset that Obama is no longer in power should be aware that one of his last acts as POTUS was to send more money, over 200 million dollar$ to his buddy  Mahmoud Abbas, head of the PA-Palestinian Authority. That money, like all the other money that various countries and NGOs donate, does not go to infrastructure, health need etc. Israel covers most of that. It goes to Abbas's cronies, his "retirement fund" and the "pensions" he provides to families of Arab terrorists.

BDS Equals Collective Punishment!

There's nothing more discriminatory, irrational, hypocritical, illogical, antisemitic and immoral than the BDS movement. The instigators and followers work hard at branding it as a moral peaceful movement, but the truth is the exact opposite. The actual aim of BDS is the delegitimization of the State of Israel. It's that simple.

Demonstrators gathered outside New York Governor Andrew Cuomo's office on June 9, 2016 to denounce his executive order targeting the BDS movement [Sainatee Suarez/Al Jazeera]

"Boycotting Peace by Fred Taub provides eloquent proof that those advocating boycotting Israel and the divestment from the Israeli economy are not only not interested in arriving at peace between Israel and its Arab neighbors, but have only one interest, and that is the destruction of the State of Israel. They are enemies of peace in the Middle East. From this kind of hate campaign against Israel it is only a small step to blatant anti-Semitism, a step that most of these Israel-bashers take without hesitation.   This is a very important and timely book."
- Moshe Arens, Ambassador, former Israel Defense Minister, Professor
They certainly don't let facts get in their way. The BDS people will say and do anything to make Israel look bad. And they don't care if the fallout from their campaigns harm Arabs living in Israel, like those who lost their jobs when Sodastream buckled to their pressures and moved their factory from Samaria.

David Bedein speaking at ISRAEL ADVOCACY  DAY

This week I attended David Bedein's fascinating ISRAEL ADVOCACY DAY where I heard a number of excellent speakers, Noam Bedein, Arnon Groiss, Bassem Eid, David Bedein and Arlene Kushner give information you won't hear in other places, certainly not in the mainstream media.

One thing the media, NGOs and politicians ignore was brought up by Bassem Eid, founder and director of the Jerusalem-based Palestinian Human Rights Monitoring Group, who stated with great emphasis was that Arabs prefer living under Israeli rule. They don't want to live under the PA-Palestinian Authority.

There was a nice crowd of people of all ages attending. I enjoyed the talks and chance to see old friends. I highly recommend attending David's programs and keeping up with his and Arlene's informative sites.

The Power of Words: There Never was a Palestine, sic

book review
A couple of years ago, when I hear Sha'i Ben-Tekoa speak at a seminar for university students organized by David Bedein, he asked the audience/participants if they had studied a course called "The History of Palestine." Of course nobody raised their hand, because as he explained, there is no history, because there has never been such a country or people.

You may have noticed that I never refer to the Arabs here, terrorists or not, as "Palestinians," sic or the Land I live in as Palestine, sic. And yes, the "sics" and the italics and the quotation marks usually accompany the word/s when I do use them.

It really bothers me, professionally as writer and pundit, when people do use the word.   And when those who use the word are otherwise excellent writers and thinkers on the "Right," like Evelyn Gordon, I really get upset.
Are Palestinian Stabbings Ending? - by Evelyn Gordon
She should know better than that.

By calling those evil psychopathic Arab terrorists by the name/adjective "Palestinian," sic she is perpetuating the dangerous myth/lie that there is a people, place and history called "Palestine," sic.

There is no excuse for this at all!

We Jews are not in a "conflict" over a Land we and the Arab terrorists both "own" or have ties to. We are struggling against squatters and nomads who have no national history here. The only nation native to the Land with a history of rulers is the Jewish People. All other rulers were invaders.

Underage Arab Terrorists, No Surprise

There have been all these clueless discussions of late on Israeli television trying to explain why there are so many underage/teenage Arab terrorists. I don't know why the so called experts are so surprised. I've known about the cause for years. They should know, too.

The best sources of news about how Israel is allowing/facilitating the education brainwashing of Arab youth are:

This brainwashing is being paid for by countries and NGOs all over the world, including the United States. It is very worrying, because this is the future, Gd forbid.

Arab Teens in The Forefront of Deadly Terrorism

Why?

Why are so many of the Arab terrorist, of late, so young, still school age?

Dafna Meir, HaYa"D
The two recent attacks against Jews were both by teenage Arab terrorists, the murderer of Dafna Meir, HaYa"D, and the attacker/stabber of Michal Froman, may she have a complete and speedy recovery. And this isn't the first time that the Arab terrorists are so young.
The suspect, said to be 16-year-old Morad Bader Abdullah Adais, was arrested by IDF troops and agents from the Shin Bet security service in a village near Otniel, where he was hiding out, and was taken in for interrogation. Times of Israel
The recent trend is teenage boys and adults with Israeli papers/citizenship/jobs in Israel "proper" sic. Again, I ask:
"Why?"
Concerning the young age of the terrorists, both the PMW-Palestinian Media Watch  and David Bedein's Israel Behind the News have been writing about the education/indoctrination, all supported by the United Nations and innumerable foreign supported NGOs.

Young Arabs, even in Israel, are being brainwashed to support terrorism against Israelis.

And why has the percentage of adult Arabs from Judea/Samaria gone down? I have no doubt it's because they, davka, who know how cruel and corrupt the P.A. Palestinian Authority is do not want to live under Arab rule. They compete for jobs in Israel and for Israeli businesses, and they want to maintain the status quo if not reverse the situation to how it was before the "Two State Solution" had become the mantra of world and Israeli leaders.

Think about it! What do you have to say?

Is Gaza Part of the P.A. Palestinian Authority?

Many people and countries have been trying to distinguish between Fatah and Hamas, Gaza and the P.A., Khaled Mashal/Ismail Haniya and Abbas, Arab Muslim terror and peaceful Islam sic etc. But it really seems that they are all sides of the same coin as the cliche goes.

This morning there's an interesting article on the complaints of Gaza in the Jerusalem Post:
Hamas accuses PA of neglecting Gaza Strip
Hamas officials on Thursday accused the Palestinian Authority government of turning its back on the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip and called for rescinding the last reconciliation agreement between the two parties.
Hamas’s fury came in response to the PA government’s announcement that it would not pay salaries to civil servants employed by Hamas since it took control over the Gaza Strip in 2007.
The government said it would not be able to fulfill its responsibilities toward the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip unless it’s allowed to regain full control over the area
It makes me wonder... And also, it's already 2015, and Hamas has been ruling there, even according to the article since 2007. So, nu, why this complaint now? Have all these international bodies been supporting the unabashedly terrorist Hamas all this time?

Shilling for Islamic Terrorists

A few months ago I attended a riveting information seminar organized by David Bedein of Israel Resource Review/Israel Behind the News. One of the speakers was Bassam Eid of Activists for Human Rights in the Palestinian Authority, an Arab who made it very clear that the Arabs of Ramalla and the Arabs of Gaza are not of the same culture and society, certainly not the same people. His words constantly come to my mind when I see articles like this one in the Jerusalem Post.

Think about it...

Yes, Islamic Jihad Against Jews, Not Retaliation!

Caroline Glick got it so right in her latest article:
Responding to the slaughter

What we are seeing in Jerusalem today is not simply Palestinian terrorism. It is Islamic jihad. No one likes to admit it.... (read her entire article)
There is no sensible, logical, intelligent, humane rationale for the total brutality of the Arab terrorists who slaughtered praying Jews in the Har Nof synagogue this week.

Unfortunately, dangerously there are Arabs wandering, working, walking freely in all Jewish cities. Having Israeli citizenship, the blue ID card does not stop an Arab from being a terrorist. Working with Jews and getting full civil, religious rights, enjoying all of the social benefits, the excellent medical care etc. does not stop the Arabs from massacring Jews, not in the street, bus stops, trains, buses or the synagogues.

The two Arab terrorists who massacred innocent Jews at the Har Nof synagogue were part of the neighborhood in that they worked there. They didn't look suspicious. Nobody could have predicted that they'd take weapons to work and attack and murder Jews in the most brutal way possible.

There was no "trigger" to their murderous violence. There was no easily preventable cause. Arab society on the whole celebrates these murders of Jews and worships the terrorists.

Masked Palestinians hold knifes and axes as they celebrate an attack on a Jerusalem synagogue, in front of a poster of attackers Ghassan and Uday Abu Jamal, during a rally in Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip on November 18, 2014 ©Said Khatib (AFP)

It will take generations for there to be a real improvement in Arab society. Every time a country shows support for Arab "Palestine," recognizing it, sending the PA or Gaza aid they are aiding and abetting Arab jihad aka terrorism. The United Nations is the worst of the worst when it comes to fairness and objectivity. Its UNRWA is the most dangerous organization in that it has perpetuated the Arab war against Israel for sixty-six 66 years already.

Peres and Herzog Totally Re-Writing History

Barely twenty-four hours after hearinBassam Eid of Activists for Human Rights in the Palestinian Authority at the Israel Advocacy Seminar run by David Bedein, with the assistance of Gail Winston and the "Winston Israel News" in memory of her late husband Manny, I heard former President Shimon Peres and soon after him, Issak Herzog, head of the Israeli opposition and Leftist Labor Party leader on television spouting the exact opposite.

Now, what did Bassam Eid say?

Bassam Eid ended his talk saying that the Arabs of Gaza and the Arabs of the West Bank are not the same. They don't have the same customs, accent etc. The two groups shouldn't be considered as one.

Isaac Herzog and Shimon Peres Photo: Mark Neiman/GPO
And what did I hear from Peres and Herzog*?

They claim that Mahmoud Abbas should be ruling both "the west bank" and Gaza. Somehow Gaza was taken away from him.

There are a few very peculiar things here. One is that Bassam Eid is an Arab who calls himself a Palestinian, and he does not consider Gaza as part of the west bank/Palestine. If the Arabs really consider it all one "people," then I think that Eid would know and make the point. But his point is that Gazans are separate/different.  I wonder how many of you consider that rather interesting and can be proof of...  (Please comment if that makes you begin to wonder...)

*It's clear that Peres and Herzog's statements about Gaza being politically part of the "west bank" on the same day were no coincidence. When I was looking for a photo of the two of them, I found one that illustrated an article in the Jerusalem Post that stresses the close connection between the two men. It even calls Peres the "mentor" of Herzog. That doesn't surprise me especially considering what Herzog also said on television. Very much in the mold of Shimon Peres he did his best to undermine Prime Minister Netanyahu talking of how he would do a much better job running the war.

This war isn't yet over, and the Left has begun to campaign against the government.

Unbelievably Difficult Challenge for Pro-Israel Students on Campuses

Yesterday, I met, listened to, spoke to and observed a few dozen young campus activists who were trying to learn and absorb tools to enable them to not only cope with the terrible malignant anti-Israel atmosphere in university campuses around the world, but to try to find the magic potion to change the minds of the enemy Arab activists they study with. Yes, that's a very difficult, almost insurmountable challenge even for the most knowledgeable expert in history, psychology, propaganda and public relations.

I attended the Israel Advocacy Seminar run by David Bedein, with the assistance of Gail Winston and the "Winston Israel News" in memory of her late husband Manny.

The seminar was organized to help the students mostly on foreign campuses throughout the world, although it was attended by people of all ages. Today we are all in a position to advocate for Israel. That is the beauty of social media.  Even a simple email gives one a very powerful tool. I spoke to the group about blogging, telling them that with a blog they own and run their own internet newspaper or magazine. It can be done without expending any money. You don't even need a computer. A tablet or smartphone will do the trick.

Considering that I'm old enough to be the grandmother of the students, I was very curious about the world they live in. They were pretty quiet when given the opportunity to question Noam Bedein of the Sederot Media Center,

Nobody asked Bassam Eid of Activists for Human Rights in the Palestinian Authority the question that ran through my mind about the legitimacy of the term "Palestinian" after hearing what he had to say. Bli neder, not an oath, I'll blog about that in another post.

The speaker who really woke them up was the factual and blunt Sha'i Ben Tekoa, author of the invaluable book Phantom Nation: Inventing the "Palestinians" as the Obstacle to Peace. His invaluable information was received by many as if it was a diagnosis of cancer. Today's young students were there to get an easy to swallow pill to counteract the anti-Israel atmosphere, professors and activists on campus, and Sha'i informed them that there was no easy cure. No simple pill, slogan or formula. They begged him. They argued with him.

I just wanted to cry, to hug them.
Kids, the world hates us. You're not going to change them. All we can do for you is to try to make you stronger and clarify the facts.

There were also older participants who couldn't or wouldn't accept the simple fact that it's useless and dangerous to negotiate with the Arabs, since their word can't be trusted. I agree with Sha'i Ben Tekoa that this is a fact and not racism.

Sha'i gave the history, well-documented, about the myth, lie, fallacy of Arab Palestine. I strongly suggest reading his book or getting him as a speaker in English or Hebrew. Certainly check out his site. And listen to him here, which is the basic talk he gave to us.

I didn't stay until the end of the program, my loss for sure.

Can Abbas and Fatah Really Make Peace With Israel?

Can Abbas and Fatah Really Make Peace With Israel?

Certainly not before ham is declared kosher...

Read the latest in the Palestinian Media Watch-PMW!
PA: "Palestine" replaces all of Israeland is "indivisible"
Fatah Facebook: "We educate our children... [so that] they will only agree to one rule, which cannot be added to, subtracted from, or calculated: that Palestine cannot be divided"

"We educate our children on the national anthem every morning. They will memorize the anthem of 'return'; they will engrave the four-colored [Palestinian] flag on their hearts; they will learn the foundations of the revolution before they learn to read and write; they will only agree to one rule, which cannot be added to, subtracted from, or calculated: that Palestine cannot be divided." [Facebook, "Fatah-The Main Page," March 5, 2014]

The text was accompanied by a photo of a teacher pointing to a map of "Palestine" replacing all of Israel drawn on the blackboard, with the explanatory text rejecting Israeli jurisdiction over Israeli cities: "Acre, Haifa, Jaffa, Ramle, Safed, Beit Shean, were and will remain Palestinian cities."
Fatah is not moderate! They are extreme, radical anti-Israel Arabs.

I so sincerely wish that the Israeli Government from Prime Minister Bibi Netanyahu on down would take the statements of the Fatah seriously. It's not like this is all secret. Another generation of Arabs is being raised to deny Israel's existance. Therefore according to simple logic, we can't have peace with them, and they do not want true peace with us.

We must stop trying to imagine, guess what Arab reactions will be to our peace proposals. If you read carefully, you'll see that Israeli politicians don't quote the Arabs.  They guess, imagine, think that the Arabs will react in peaceful ways to all the "deals" being proposed by the Americans and the Leftists. There are only a couple of sites where you can find the truth about the Arab plans for Israel. One is the PMW and the other is David Bedein's Behind the News in Israel. Here's an excerpt from a recent post on his site.
Arafat and the Jewish State: Setting the Record Straight
  • On March 13, 2014, Secretary of State John Kerry told Congress that he views Israel’s principled requirement of recognition as the nation state of the Jewish People “as a mistake.” He added that the late Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat “confirmed that he agreed it [Israel] would be a Jewish state” in 1988 and in 2004.
  • However, the truth is just the opposite: the U.S. administration at the time did not believe that Arafat’s words satisfied their goal of his recognizing Israel’s right to exist. Moreover, Arafat’s 1988 statement does not come close to meeting the requirement for the Palestinians to recognize Israel as the nation-state of the Jewish People.
  • In the last quarter of 1988, an intense effort was undertaken to facilitate the opening of a diplomatic dialogue between the PLO and the U.S. Previously, all U.S. administrations had strictly adhered to U.S. commitments, originally given by Secretary of State Henry Kissinger, that required the PLO to recognize Israel, accept UN Security Council Resolution 242, and renounce terrorism as prerequisites for any dialogue between the parties.
  • Arafat did not issue a clear declaration recognizing Israel as a Jewish state, but only summarized the language of UN General Assembly Resolution 181. The U.S. government concluded that Arafat’s statement did not meet Washington’s demand that the PLO unequivocally recognize the State of Israel, and thus no dialogue was launched between the U.S. and the PLO at that time.
I highly suggest that you subscribe to these news sites.

What Have Israeli Leaders Been Cooking Up for Us?

David Bedein, one of the most reliable and accurate analysts commentators I know here in Israel has a very disturbing article in the Jewish Press about a government approved plan to endanger the State of Israel by destroying most of the Jewish Communities in Judea and Samaria.
In March, 2005, Yuli Edelstein, then a deputy government minister and now the speaker of the Knesset, appeared at the Alon Shvut community center in Gush Etzion in which he reported to a stunned audience that the February 20, 2005 retreat decision of the Israeli government did not only apply to Katif and to four small Jewish communities in Samaria. Edelstein warned that the February 20, 2005 Israeli government decision was to redraw the areas of Jewish residency in the almost all areas that Israel acquired in the 1967 war. The new map, approved by the Israeli government, he said, was immediately posted on the web site of the Washington Institute for Near East Policy, and is posted there to this day for all American government officials to peruse. That Israeli government approved retreat map means that an additional 63 Jewish communities can be expelled and dismantled in their entirety by an Israeli government decision that has already been made. Without any further government decision, the Israeli government is authorized to order the IDF to implement the next stages of the February 20, 2005 Israel government retreat decision Prominent members of that Israeli government included Benyamin Netanyahu, now the prime minister of Israel, Tzippi Livni, then and now the Justice Minister of Israel, and Shimon Peres, now the president of Israel.
Read more at: http://www.jewishpress.com/indepth/analysis/behind-the-news-in-israel-david-bedein/israels-secret-retreat-map/2013/11/07/
Here's the map, which I have posted "extra-large" so it can be read more easily.

I remember reading and hearing of additional "Disengagements," serious Israeli withdrawals and Jewish community destruction around the time of the Gush Katif-Northern Shomron Disengagement.  Israeli politicians, feverish in the heat of the power they felt in destroying Jewish communities were unabashedly voicing their megalomania. It was frightening to see that all intelligence and logic had left them, even those who had begun their political careers as pro-Jewish life in all of the Land of Israel.  It was like they were hyper from drugs.

Power can make people crazy and lose the ability to judge, set limits, know right from wrong.  In Matan I've been studying The Divided Kingdom and the Story of Elijah-Dr. Yael Ziegler which begins with the end of  King Solomon's reign.  We've been learning how his ignoring the limits G-d had ordered for kings, in terms of wives, horses etc., caused the kingdom to be divided.  We suffer this disunity until today.

I remember a few years ago learning from Rabbi Dov Berkovits that soon after King Solomon built the Holy Temple in Jerusalem he gave cities to a foreign leader.  That plus the marriage and allegiance to all of his foreign wives eventually split the nation.  So, unfortunately, nothing's new.  Human nature doesn't deal well with power.

G-d willing, our politicians will gain some real wisdom and we'll stop this dangerous "peace" farce and do what's best for the future of the Jewish People and State of Israel.

May you have a Blessed and Peaceful Shabbat

Bibi's U.N. Speech Could have Been Better

David Bedein posted an excellent article explaining how he would have changed Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu's latest United Nations Speech.
From his speech, we can extrapolate the same words & Principles that the PM used against Iran and apply them to the PL0.
SUGGESTED OPENING TEXT FOR NETANYAHU'S NEXT UN APPEARANCE: Today, our hope for the future is challenged by the PLO, which seeks our destruction. But in 1964, the PLO was established by the Arab League as a radical organization determined to stamp out any possibility of friendship between Arabs and Jews. Arafat was a wolf in wolf's clothing and Abbas is a wolf in sheep's clothing - a wolf who thinks he can pull the wool over the eyes of the international community. Abbas condemns terrorism. Yet Abbas uses the media outlets and education system at his disposal to promote demonization and war against the state and people of Israel. Abbas's record flatly contradicts Abbas's soothing rhetoric. Abbas has adopted a charm offensive, based on the following process: First, smile a lot. Smiling never hurts. Second, pay lip service to peace, democracy and tolerance. Abbas's fanaticism is not bluster. It's real.
I would have made some more changes.  I would have taken the following section:
And Israel continues to seek an historic peace with our Palestinian neighbors, one  that ends our conflict once and for all.  We want a peace based on security and mutual recognition in which a demilitarized Palestinian state recognizes the Jewish state of Israel.  I remain committed to achieving an historic conciliation and building a better future for Israelis and Palestinians alike.
Now, I have no illusions about how difficult this will be to achieve.  Twenty years ago, the peace process between Israel and the Palestinians began.  Six Israeli Prime Ministers, myself included, have not succeeded in achieving peace with the Palestinians.  My predecessors were prepared to make painful concessions.  So am I.
But so far, Palestinian leaders haven't been prepared to offer the painful concessions they must make to end the conflict.  For peace to be achieved, the Palestinians must finally recognize the Jewish state and Israel's security needs must be met.  I am prepared to make an historic compromise for a genuine and enduring peace.  But I will never compromise on the security of my people and of my country of the one and only Jewish state.

And here is how I would say/write it; my changes are in bold/italic:
And even though Israel continues to seek an historic peace with our Palestinian neighbors, one  that ends our conflict once and for all.  We want a peace based on Jewish Israeli sovereignty and when all the residents, including the Arabs recognize the Jewish state of Israel.  I remain committed to achieving an historic conciliation and building a better future for Israelis and Arabs alike.
So was I but I now realize the foolishness and futility.
Because so far, Palestinian sic Arab  leaders don't want peace.  The don't want  to end the conflict.  For peace to be achieved, the Palestinians must finally recognize the Jewish state and Israel's security needs must be met.  I am prepared to make an historic compromise for a genuine and enduring peace.  But I will never compromise on the security of my people and of my country of the one and only Jewish state.

Picturing the New Year, 5774, G-d Willing

Hat-tip "Shy"

I don't know the source of the picture to give proper credit.

Even the most expert in studying the Bible, Talmud and the wise words of Chazal, our sages can't say for sure if the Third Holy Temple will just somehow appear, fully constructed like a prefabricated caravan, or will there be talented, G-d inspired workers busy under the instruction and supervision of a modern Betzalel on Har Habayit building the Beit Hamikdash from scratch in situ.

Will our politicians gain wisdom and realize that that no matter what the State of Israel does, the world will blame us for all evil?

Israel must accept that all of our calls and efforts for peace will only bring war.  We're taking the wrong approach.
"Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results."

True peace will only come when we open our eyes to what our enemies are doing and then using the right medicine, the right weapons against them.

One person who saw things very clearly was the late Emanuel Winston.  His widow, Gail, with the assistance of David Bedein has been sorting through his thousands of essays and organizing a series of must attend events.  The latest was yesterday:

20 years since the Oslo Accords: DO THE PALESTINIAN AUTHORITY AND UNRWA PREPARE PALESTINIANS FOR PEACE?

Unfortunately, I couldn't make it to the first half, but there was so much necessary information presented during the hour and a half I was there, that I wasn't at all sorry I attended.

Israel is plagued with politicians, government officials, academics, media who do to their extreme Left agenda, consistently and fantastically misinterpret what Arabs say so clearly.

David Bedein presented us with his frighteningly clear documentary
showing the undisputed fact that their aim is to brainwash Arab children to be willing to die fighting for the destruction of the State of Israel.

This is the most important piece of information available right now, showing what most people don't want to know.

Here we are on the verge of a new year.  One of the beauties of Judaism is the concept of Teshuva, Repentance, Change.  Successful Teshuva is finding ourselves in the same situation, which had once caused us to sin, and react in a new and better way.

We must stop UNRWA from continuing to exist.  It is a horrendously dangerous, self-perpetuating organization.  Its Raison d'être is the delegitimization and destruction of the State of Israel, G-d forbid.  Watch the movie carefully.  Listen to what the children say and the lies and fantasies  they are being taught.

If you truly want PEACE in the upcoming year or any time in the future, we must push for great changes.  Take  Einstein's basic lesson and accept that everything we have been doing, the peace talks, the "gestures," the building freezes, the prisoner releases, the Land gifts etc. have only endangered us, the State of Israel and Jewish People more than ever before.

There is no foreign power we can rely on to protect us.  Forget about the United States of America, Canada or any other foreign country or organization.  Our survival depends on us and our relationship with G-d Almighty.

Tomorrow as the sun goes down the New Year will begin and we will celebrate Rosh Hashnnah.

May you be inscribed for a good, long and healthy life.
