"White Privilege" The Big Antisemitic Lie

re: language/word/term

I get terribly offended by the relatively new term "white privilege." Honestly, it's antisemitic.

That nasty term hides/denies how most Jewish immigrants struggled in their early decades in America.

The vast majority of Jews who moved to the United Stated in the previous two centuries were fleeing poverty. The wealthy didn't come, only the poor.

The "WASPS" didn't want them and quickly passed a quota law to keep Jews out. FDR wouldn't even fill the quota when those fleeing the Nazis tried to legally enter the United States. And if you check your history, Harry Truman didn't improve things after World War Two. Holocaust survivors had a very difficult time getting visas to live in America.

Sabbat observing Jews were discriminated against and needed new jobs weekly, or made do as independent peddlers.

It didn't help that the Great Depression was making it hard on many. The last to be hired and first to be fired were Jews.

Many Jews went to work as young as possible to help their families. Even those who graduated high school as academics ended up working, since they couldn't even afford the "free" universities.

Those using the term "White Privilege" are inventing a false history, a lie. I find the term very offensive.

American Jews Should Rethink Their Worship of Democratic Party

There's some totally illogical worship of the Democratic Party by American Jewry which goes against logic and history. And even worse is the fact that in today's policies it's a hotbed of the support of BDS, Palestine and other causes/ideologies that delegitimatize the State of Israel and support its destruction, Gd forbid.

I am not exaggerating one iota here.

For some strange reason, although four term President Franklin D Roosevelt did everything in his power to keep Jews fleeing the Nazis out of the United States, at the same time American Jewry considered him their savior.

June 4, 1939: Jewish refugee ship turned away from Florida coast
Carrying more than 900 Jewish refugees fleeing the oppression of Nazi Germany, the German ocean liner MS St. Louis was anchored so close to the Florida coast, its passengers could see the lights of Miami. (Florida History Network)

Even though the American military were perfectly aware of the Death/Concentration Camps which the Nazis used to murder Jews and others they considered undesirable, stopping that cruel and inhuman situation was not part of the American plan.

Roosevelt's government didn't protest the earlier antisemitic policies of the Nazis either.

And today, over seventy years later, when the foreign policies of Democratic politicians endanger the security of the State of Israel still the vast majority of American Jewry votes Democrat.

I'm not surprised that Keith Ellison has a strong chance of heading the Democratic Party, because he really represents its policies:
“The United States foreign policy in the Middle East is governed by what is good or bad through a country of 7 million people. A region of 350 million all turns on a country of 7 million,” said Ellison, D-Minn. “Does that make sense? Is that logic? Right? When the Americans who trace their roots back to those 350 million get involved, everything changes. Can I say that again?” Keith Ellison
Ellison is now trying to clean up his image, but whitewashing all of his anti-Israel statements is just cosmetic. It doesn't change the essence of Ellison.

For those who fear the Republicans because of the old KKK connections, get real. The BDS and pro-Palestinian groups are much, much larger and a greater danger to democracy, world peace and Israel.

If Huma-Clinton Follow Obama as POTUS, Will Israel Finally See The Light?

Unlike many Israelis, I've never really considered the United States to be a true friend of the State of Israel. General policy comes from the State Department, and the nuances come from the sitting President. And don't forget that from the very beginning, the advice to then President Truman concerning how to vote on November 29, 1947, was to vote "no" concerning the approval of the establishment of a Jewish State.

After much debate and visit from an old friend, Truman bucked that advice and had his delegate vote "yes."

And while Arab forces, backed by Great Britain and others fought the newly formed IDF, Truman sat on his hands and watched, if he paid attention at all. Most countries, even those that voted "yes," expected the nascent Jewish State to be quickly defeated. That was the popular wisdom of the time. Remember that Great Britain did everything in its power to sabotage the establishment of a viable Jewish State. That included severely restricting immigration to preserve an Arab majority, arming the Arabs and dividing up the area mandated by the League of Nations to be Jewish state, twice, once by inventing Jordan, and the second by promoting the division of the remaining territory into Jewish and Arab states.

I consider the United States to be an extremely dangerous enemy of the State of Israel, because it claims to be a friend and ally while undermining our security and economic viability constantly. This is a classic example of the abuser-victim relationship, where the abuser proclaims love while abusing/beating the victim and then giving "gifts." Unfortunately, the Israeli persona/psyche is so damaged after thousands of years of antisemitism, that it is desperate for any form of attention and "kind" words, even when accompanied by backstabbing.

U.S. Presidents from the Democrats are most skilled at playing these games. One big reason is because American Jews have an illogical* affinity to the Democratic Party. And although it's no secret that Hillary Clinton's top aide and advisor is the pro-Arab Muslim Huma Abedin, a humongous percentage of her financial support is coming from Jews.

It would be worse than naive to imagine a Hillary Clinton White House without Huma Abedin in a top official role. I have no doubt that American Jewry will continue to lie to itself about Hillary being a friend, but I should hope that the State of Israel will finally wise up and see the truth. The United States of America is neither a friend nor ally of the State of Israel! This is certainly the case when the President is a Democrat, because the agenda of that party endangers the State of Israel. As awful as some of the Republican presidents have been vis-à-vis their Israeli policies, this is bupkes in comparison to the potential dangers of a Hillary Clinton presidency.

Yes, that means I consider Donald Trump to be much better for Israel and American Jews than Hillary.

And I also think that having another US President, Hillary Gd forbid, who doesn't see the dangers of Islam for the world to be a danger for the United States and the rest of the world.

Remember that paranoids do have real enemies!

*I would really have wished to write "inexplicable," but we all know that for a very illogical reason, American Jewry has continuously been grateful for FDR's help in defeating the Nazis, as if he did it to stop the Holocaust, when the truth is that saving Jews was not part of his plan at all. He did nothing to stop/protest the antisemitism that mushroomed into systematic murder, nor did he do anything to stop the killing, and he kept out Jewish refugees and survivors as much as he could.

Hillary Clinton Will Say Anything for A Vote!

I am not joining the bandwagon all excited about Hillary's latest pro-Israel line.
Clinton: 'Unfair' to put onus on Israel for peace talks failure
Democratic presidential frontrunner signals to Jewish voters she will be more openly supportive of Israel if elected.
Democratic presidential frontrunner Hillary Clinton told The Jewish Week* in an interview on Tuesday that “it is unfair to put the onus on Israel” for the lack of progress on the Middle East peace front.
*emphasis mine

She's an actress/politician who can say anything convincingly. We must judge her actions and her well documented past, not her speeches. Her pro-Israel line is as genuine as the lovely hair she now sports. If you haven't noticed she's wearing a wig now. Hillary's natural hair has always been much thinner and tended to get greasy and unmanageable. This new look is part of her reinvention, like becoming an instant New Yorker to be elected to the Senate. And there's also talk about some cosmetic surgery, which is also possible and probable considering how she now looks.

I know that American Jews like to vote Democrat  TRADITION!, because the Democrats were in power during World War Two, but I think that there's a serious distortion the their comprehension of the history of the time.

  • The Democrat FDR's Government kept Jewish refugees out of the United States as strictly as they could.
  • The Democrat FDR's Government did nothing to stop the murder of Jews in Europe during World War Two.
  • The Democrat FDR's Government only joined the anti-Nazi war effort to save itself when they feared that if Great Britain was to be conquered the USA would be next especially as the Japanese were active on the Western/Pacific front.
  • The Democrat FDR's Government did not even prepare the American soldiers on how to help the starving Jews who were discovered by surprised soldiers. Many Jews died after being overfed by the soldiers.
And back to Hillary.
  • Remember that she was Barack Hussein Obama's Secretary of State during his first term and besides the illegal stuff that is being investigated, she made many bad policy decisions which endangered Americans.
  • Nothing in her policy was good for the State of Israel, and there's no doubt that things would be worse, or at least a continuation of the Obama regime, if she is elected President of the United
    States.
  • And of course there's the infamous Suha kiss, given after the "Palestinian first lady’s claim that Israel was using poison gas to pollute the West Bank’s water and land..."
  • And I consider it totally sexist to vote for her "just because she's a woman." That's choice by sex which is not good for anyone. I can just imagine that in four, eight or twelve years we'll be hearing that it's time for a Black woman to be in the White House, and Michelle Obama will be bulldozed in just for that reason.
There is only one constant theme during Hillary Clinton's public life and that is raw ambition! And that is not the quality needed to be a good President for the United States of America. Excellent speechwriters to not make for an excellent or even decent presidency.

POTUS- Does It Really Make a Difference for Israel?

As you may know already, although I greatly enjoy "punditing" about American presidential politics and elections, I've never voted in American Elections even though I do have a legal right. There are two major reasons for this.

  • Having voted with my feet to live in Israel in the summer of 1970, just before what could have been my first chance to vote (at that time you needed to be 21) I've always felt that one should only vote in elections of the country one resides permanently.
  • Considering the twists and turns from election platform to actual policy all Presidents make and the consistently anti-Israel policy/ideology of the State Department, I just don't trust any candidate with my vote. It doesn't matter who wins, the policies will never be what I want from America.
We've all heard the promises and faux sympathy and understanding from presidential wannabes, and we've all heard beautifully written, crafted and professionally performed speeches by visiting candidates and POTUS'es, and everyone with half a brain should know by now that it's all a sham. It's as fake as the wizard in The Wizard of Oz.

Nazi Germany were forced to return to Europe after both
Cuba and the US denied them refuge. May or June 1939.

For reasons beyond my comprehension, American Jews still think that being and supporting the Democratic Party is more Jewish than Yom Kippur in some fokokt belief that FDR saved them from Russian pogroms, even though it's well-known that he sent escaping Jews back to the Nazi gas chambers. So your typical American Jew is debating between Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders.

Hillary rewarding Suha Arafat's
anti-Israel lies
Hillary's claims and speeches are so far removed from the truth she should get two Oscars, one for acting and the other for screenwriting.

And then there are those who will vote for anyone born Jewish without reading the fine print, so they want Bernie Sanders. And they consider Sanders' time as a volunteer on an Israeli kibbutz over half a century ago to be proof of his pro-Israel bonafides. There's only one problem with that and it's a biggee. Besides the fact that Sanders' policies vis a vis Israel are to the Left (meaning more pro-Arab) than even Hillary's, the kibbutz he stayed at was Kibbutz Sha’ar Ha’Amakim, one of the last to give up its worship of Stalin. Granted he has been understandingly silent about that in order to distance himself from that rather embarrassing detail. But it is a well-known fact that Sanders is on the far Left of the American political  spectrum. And in recent decades, the further Left the closer to the pro-Arab/Palestine sic manifesto.

I've been totally enjoying Donald Trump's trashing of the Republican machine, and quite a few people I respect and trust have told me in private (meaning I can't name them) conversation that they support him. Caroline Glick has come out in support of Senator Ted Cruz, if her opinion makes a difference to you.

In all honesty, I just don't know, because I don't trust anyone in politics. And there's one thing for sure, and that is the power of the State Department, which is very skilled at overriding the U. S. President. Besides Truman's demanding that the American U.N. delegate vote for a Jewish State, November 29, 1947, there haven't been many pro-Israel rebellions from the Oval Office.

POTUS can encourage the State Department to go further Left, pro-Arab, but has one ever taken it to the Right when it comes to Israel?

What do you think? Comments welcome...

Obama, Like FDR, Antisemite

There are many similarities between sitting United States President Barack Hussein Obama and the late U.S. President Franklin D. Roosevelt.

  1. Both have fanatically loyal Jewish fans/worshipers
  2. Both are (was for FDR) actually antisemitic.
Dr. Rafael Medoff brings up a lot of this in his excellent article which appears on Arutz 7.

U.S. President Obama didn't attend the anti-terror rally in Paris and is also going to be a no-show for the 70th Anniversary event for the liberation of Auschwitz. That's besides his consistently foul and insulting behavior to Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and his amiable negotiations with Iran. Other presidents and prime ministers immediately cleared their calendars in order to march in Paris and planned their schedules around the 70th anniversary celebrations.

For decades, generations even, American Jews have worshiped FDR, but recently it has become more acceptable to reveal his true antisemitic nature. The American war effort was never to stop the Holocaust against German and European Jewry. That's another reason the American military was totally shocked and unprepared for the serious state of the survivors they found in the concentration camps. Many survivors were literally killed by misplaced kindness. The soldiers weren't given instructions about feeding those who had been starving for so long. Many survivors died because they ate too much and too quickly.

And don't forget that thousands and thousands, even hundreds of thousands or more, of European Jewry could have been given entry visas to the United States, but FDR's government locked them out and sent them back to Europe. Even after the war the American Government was stingy with visas.

You never see such a glowing smile on Obama when he's with Bibi.
I have no doubt that with time, we'll see more and more revelations about Barack Hussein Obama's true feelings about Jews and Israel that will make the Jews who voted for him and support him very sorry they did so.

Elul, The Month of Repentance: American Jews, Please Stop Worshipping The Democratic Party!

We are now in the Jewish Month of Elul.  This is the month that precedes Rosh Hashanah the Jewish New Year.  Our new year isn't a time for drunken stupor and debauchery.  It's a time of reckoning or going over our past deeds of the year, looking at the good and apologizing to G-d for the bad Teshuva, Repentance.  By the time Rosh Hashannah (1 & 2 Tishrei) and Yom Kippur, on the 10th of Tishrei come around, our slates should be clean of sin.

For close to a century already, since the time of the Franklin Delano Roosevelt four-term Presidency, American Jewry has been worshipping the Democratic Party.  Historically there is really no justification for this.  The fact is that Roosevelt did nothing to save European Jewry from the Nazi Holocaust.  FDR was president when immigration laws were tightened to keep out Jews.  He even had boats of fleeing refugees sent back to certain death.  When the Americans finally were forced to begin fighting the Nazis it had nothing to do with stopping the slaughter of European Jewry.  There was nothing in the war plans to stop the death camps.  Finally when the war ended, American soldiers were shocked, unprepared for the tortured, starving survivors.  Some of the Jews were even "killed by kindness" when the misguided Americans overfed them, not realizing that their emaciated bodies couldn't handle large quantities of food.

Obama's Democratic Party isn't any more sympathetic to Jewish issues or pro-Israel than FDR was.  The original platform in the recent convention ignoring Jerusalem is the true opinion of the party.  Listen to the yeahs and nays.

There were more shouts against amending it to bring in god and Jerusalem as Capital of Israel than in favor.  The panicked organizers were surprised for sure.

I was both elated and scared when I heard the “nays” and “boos” emanating from the Democratic National Convention floor Wednesday as a pathetic Antonio Villaraigosa desperately tried to take votes amending the Democratic platform on “God” and “Jerusalem” — elated because I was watching a bogus public dumb show come apart, at least temporarily, at the seams, but scared because I was staring, again at least temporarily, into the gaping yaw of the 1930s.
For those fleeting seconds, I realized that, yes, it could also happen here, because, make no mistake about it, those copious boos were not for “God” (except, perhaps, for a few scattered nitwits), but for Israel. A sizable and serious claque on the Democratic National Convention floor was shouting and applauding against the Jews. (complete article)

When will American Jewry wisen up?  Breitbart's article brings up a good point, emphasis mine.
Jerusalem is and will remain the capital of Israel. The parties have agreed that Jerusalem is a matter for final status negotiations. It should remain an undivided city accessible to people of all faiths.

The fact that they have inserted the requirement for negotiations means that they don't take Israeli sovereignty and rights seriously.  The final sentence I quoted makes no sense at all.  At present Jerusalem is technically "undivided" but it's considered dangerous, unwise for Jews to go to Arab neighborhoods and stores although Arabs walk, shop and work freely and safely in Jewish areas.  How can there be a call for negotiations that would obviously divide the city and still follow that final sentence?

Besides all the above, American policy has been putting Israel in the hot seat while helping its enemies, as Ruthie Blum recently wrote in Israel Hayom.

False gods

The polls are showing that an overwhelmingly high percentage of American Jews are voting for Obama.

That's no surprise. For your typical American Jew, the Democratic Party and FDR are their gods. It doesn't matter that he did nothing for Jews that he he didn't do for any struggling American during the depression. It doesn't matter that he did nothing to stop the Holocaust. The death camps were irrelevant to his battle plans. And it doesn't matter that his Foreign Office, which Harry Truman inherited, was against the establishment of a Jewish State. Even Truman was at best ambivilant. That's why his old Jewish buddy was sent to convince him to change American Foreign Policy.

The highest level of support for Obama according to the poll is among Jews over the age of 55, 74% of which have said they're voting for Obama over 67% of Jews 18 to 34.

Yes, I'm not surprised. They worship the concept of "Liberalism."

But the Jews who worship G-d and keep the laws of Judaism see things very differently:
Not surprisingly, the Jewish vote swings heavily in McCain's favor among the Orthodox. According to the survey, the Arizona senator can count on support from 75 percent of Orthodox Jewish voters.

In my opinion each election must be decided differently. All of the candidates will declaim their support for Israel, but one has to look much deeper and check the records of the candidates.

WWII--US Didn't Aim To Save Jews

More information has been revealed to prove that FDR had no plans to save Jews during World War II.

It didn't bother or concern any country in the world that the Nazis were systematically murdering millions of Jews and others.

Individual soldiers felt differently, looking at the war from close-up and seeing people.

...the American airmen "were never told by their commanders that they were flying over a mass-murder camp."

Senator George S. McGovern, who was a pilot in the U.S. Air Force during World War II, said in a recent interview with filmmaker Stuart Erdheim of the Wyman Institute that if his commanders had asked for volunteers to bomb the death camp, "whole crews would have volunteered." According to McGovern, the pilots and crewmen would have recognized the importance of trying to save the lives of Hitler's Jewish captives, even if it meant risking their own lives on a hazardous bombing raid.

Obama?

I want to just reiterate here, before I post a couple of important things, that in a sense I prefer to have an American President who isn't considered a "friend" of Israel, since the Israeli movers and shakers trust their "friends." Bush is considered a "friend" of Israel, and he's a great danger to our security, in both the long and short-term.

I think that Israel is safer with a US President who does not get along with Israeli leaders/politicians. Israel must understand that the USA considers the interests of the USA, financial primarily, as top priority and doesn't really care what happens to Israel. The USA's financial interests are in fuel, oil, Arab countries, not poor little Israel. I don't know what it will take for Israel and Jews all over the world to finally admit this to themselves. I am the pragmatist and they are the dreamers. That's the truth.

Now, back to Obama, (hat tip CSK,) Ed Lasky's article about Obama is excellent and must be read. Here are some excerpts:

...The speech was meant to reassure pro-Israel supporters, but should also raise concerns about Senator Obama. He did make a series of comforting comments regarding Israel (e.g., a commitment to the security of Israel, his goal to work towards peace while recognizing Israel has its enemies, and that our relationship is based on shared values and shared history). The reliably pro-Obama JTA website provides a rundown of his speech...
...Senator Obama characterizes those who have concerns about policies he might follow as President as being Likud-supporters. This has been a charge propagated by the fiercest opponents of Israel, who have often slipped into conspiracy theories regarding American supporters of Israel. (Try googling Likudnik and "dual loyalty" or "conspiracy theory"; Likudnik has become a term of opprobrium. As David Berstein notes, "Likudnik has gradually become a general anti-Semitic term for Jews whose opinions one does not like."
One wishes Senator Obama would be bit more sensitive going forward when he uses such a term. After all, the Likud Party has not been in power for years, and Americans should feel free to express their concerns without being characterized as that party's supporters, with its suggestion of dual loyalty. The suggestion that supporters of Israel who express their concerns are subscribers to the view of the Likud Party of Israel is simply not grounded. After all, supporters of Hillary Clinton have also expressed qualms regarding Senator Obama's views of Israel. Are they supporters of Likud, too?
Haaretz columnist Shmuel Rosner raises an additional reason to have qualms. Will a President Obama be supportive of an Israel headed by a Prime Minster who hails from the Likud party? Does this statement by Senator Obama risk interfering with Israeli politics?...

Many American Jews still worship the Democratic Party and the memory of FDR. They should polish their glasses and take a good look, not that the Republicans are any better when it comes to Jews and Israel.

Yisrael, b'tach b'Hashem!
People of Israel, Trust in G-d!

The Pathetic Worship of FDR

With the hindsight of history and the physical distance between Israel and the United States, I see things from a very different perspective.

American Jews for generations now have been worshipping FDR and been more loyal to the Democratic Party than to Torah and Mitzvot. Bill Moyers little speech is so typical.

FDR became US President during the Depression. Just like "whatever goes up must come down," after a financial depression there will be an improvement in the financial situation. Ups and downs are normal fluctuations, especially when the down is followed by a war which jump-starts industry making lots of people rich and providing jobs for all willing to work.

FDR was president during WWII, when the United States was the leader of the Allies who defeated the Nazis. Considering that the US was never really in direct danger, being protected by geography, the US only joined the fight when it felt it had no choice. At the end of the war, the anti-Jewish Holocaust was revealed.

Defeating the Nazis to save Jews was never part of the war plan. The US would never endanger its soldiers for some Jews, but American Jews adopted the fantasy that the US went into Europe to save Jews from Nazi murder.

This fallacy is worshipped more than G-d Almighty. How pathetic and maybe it explains some of the Israeli public's acceptance of corrupt politicians and dangerous policies. Ordinary people don't look at the "fine print."

Shabbat Shalom
