Elul and the Truth About this War, Guest Post by Netivot Girl

It is Elul. For religious Jews this is a time for contemplation and trying to better ourselves. I made Aliya in 1977 and have never regretted that decision. Friends from abroad ask me if I feel safe. Well, given the rampant anti-Semitism against Jews the world over, I can honestly say yes. However, there are so many things that trouble me. I am incredibly disappointed that many of our politicians and IDF heads have refused to take upon themselves responsibility for the massacre of October 7th. It galls me that our Chief of Staff Herzl Ha'Levi not only has refused to do so; he is continuing to promote his buddies to important IDF posts.

It is unforgivable that the UN and many nations have labeled us with words that FB won't allow me to post!! Where were their voices when many hundreds of our women were gang-raped? The 'Me Too Movement' is for every woman who is not Israeli or Jewish? The barbarians who raped our women had their friends photograph them on their phones. The same with the burning of babies in their cribs; where was the outcry? The perpetrators of these barbaric actions used their phones to document their actions. Yes, the war goes on. But it could have ended months ago had Hamas fighters laid down their arms and returned our hostages. I believe that the hypocrisy of the world is sickening. The UN has yet to denounce Hamas' horrific behavior. The Red Cross never went to investigate the conditions of our hostages, very few of whom are still alive IMHO. Has the world lost its moral compass? I believe it has indeed. Colonel Richard Kemp was a commander of British troops in Afghanistan; he has repeatedly commented that our IDF (Israel Defense Forces) is the most moral army in the world. Sadly, we have lost far too many of our IDF personnel because of that. Our troops have dropped leaflets and even phoned Gazans recommending that they leave any area that will be bombed in the near future. Unlike the USA, we do NOT carpet bomb. If Israel is conducting genocide, then how is it that the number of Gazans has greatly risen during the past few years????

Many thousands of my fellow Israelis have been living in hotels for many months as Hezbollah continues to destroy homes, farmland and other buildings up north. Where is the outcry? We are America's most important ally in the Middle East. Many Muslim Arabs are policemen and even sit in our Knesset. We are NOT an apartheid state; you can see women wearing veils in nearby Beer Sheva; I see them all the time. Moreover many Arabs sit as judges in our courts. Samer Haj Yehia was named the chairman of the board of directors of Bank Leumi, one of Israel's largest banks in 2019. Unlike every single Arab country in our area, gays are allowed to be open about their sexual orientation. In fact, the Speaker of our Knesset is gay; married and has a few children. (He is among the very few Likud politicians for whom I still hold respect.) Douglas Murray is an author of many bestselling books. HE has been in Gaza numerous times during the years. A British gay non-Jew, he remains one of Israel's staunchest defenders. He 'gets it;' he knows what's going on. He visited the site where volunteers spent MONTHS using DNA and other information to discover the identity of the thousands of bodies that were left to rot.

So, if you are Jewish, please be a proud Jew. Stand up against the numerous anti-Israel protests. And most importantly, check the facts before you attack us verbally or otherwise. May He above have mercy on us in our tiny country. I write this as a resident of Netivot which has been rocketed by Hamas since Israel pulled out all of its citizens from Gaza in 2005. We left millions of dollars worth of agricultural equipment which could have aided Gaza's Muslim population turn that strip of land into a modern-day Singapore. Instead, those idiots burned all of that equipment down! Gaza WAS a free entity from 2005 until the October 7th massacre of 2023. Do I expect anyone to change their opinions because of this post? No I do not; anti-Zionism is the newest nomenclature for anti-Semitism. You are either with us or against us. To my fellow Israelis I say, "Stand tough and be unified." To other people I say, when we said the words, "Never Again" we sure as he*l meant them!! Stay safe and please feel free to share this post.

"Palestine," sic, is a "Toy!"

The Jerusalem Post had a feature article in its Friday edition titled:
ARE PALESTINIANS READY TO TELL ‘SUPPORTERS’: ‘WE'RE NOT YOUR TOY’?
No surprise, but the writer got the whole "Palestinian thing" all wrong, because it didn't get to the gut/history of the issue.

"Palestine" is the Barbie Doll, the toy invented by anti-Semitic Europeans and British who were determined to sabotage the Zionist efforts to promote Jewish Nationalism and its aim of re-establishing a Jewish State in the Biblical Holyland.

There is absolutely no history of a Palestine, people, nation, culture. And the so-called Kingdom of Jordan is even a bigger fake, invention. The British moved the Hashemites in, even though the land east of the Jordan River was supposed to be part of the Jewish state, and anointed them rulers over the nomads residing there. This was in direct contravention of the Mandate, the assignment the British had been given by the League of Nations.

But as you most probably have noticed, the world didn't care. It's very similar to the way the world powers, at the same basic time, reacted to the rising antisemitism and violence against Jews in Nazi Germany.

And after World War Two, the British did everything in their power to keep Europe's surviving Jews out of the Holyland, while simultaneously helping to strengthen the Arabs.

Yes, there was a United Nations vote November 29, 1947, supporting the establishment of a Jewish State, but it had no "teeth." The Jews would have to survive a "fire test," a war during which surrounding Arabs, armed and trained by the British, would attack them. The UN suggested a further division of land between Jews and Arabs for another new Arab state. They drew a map assigning small amounts of land in various disconnected locations for the "Jewish State." The Jewish Agency accepted it, despite the dangerous borders, but the Arabs refused insisting on more.

After the ceasefire in 1949, Jordan illegally occupied the land not in Jewish hands, including half of Jerusalem. No surprise, that there were no formal complaints by the world powers of the time or from the United Nations.

In the decades since, these same countries, diplomats and NGOs have been creating their Barbie doll, financing "her" every whim, paying for everything and turning a blind eye when their toy literally terrorizes Israel. And in 1967 when the Arab countries surrounding Israel gathered their forces and threatened destruction of the Jewish State, nobody cared or tried to stop them. The State of Israel fought a brilliant and miraculous war in which not only did it survive but it liberated all the land to the Jordan River, the Sinai and the Golan Heights. Only then did the world get angry. World powers, NGOs etc got angry with the State of Israel. And then their toy, the so-called "Palestinians" were given a makeover to look moderate and deserving.

The  so-called "Palestinians" are a toy. It never would have existed if other countries hadn't invented it. It's no more than a bloody Barbie doll.

Yehuda Meshi-Zahav's "Repentance"

Somehow I can never forget the old articles and news about the then young Yehuda Meshi-Zahav's violent anti-Zionist/State of Israel shenanigans. He was the "poster boy" for the most extreme of the chareidi anti-Zionist camp. As a youngster he proved himself a charismatic headline grabber.

Honestly, I'm not sure at all when things changed with him, but at some point his focus, point of view did change drastically.

Meshi-Zahav and friends began to concentrate on an important Mitzvah, Torah Commandment, to collect "body parts" of Jews who had been murdered or injured in Terror attacks and accidents. According to Jewish Law, parts of a human body must be ritually buried. The first aide responders care for the injured and don't have the time and manpower to properly "clear" the scene. That's where Meshi-Zahav and his crew first came in. They filled that crucial vacuum with ZAKA.

It's said that a mitzvah brings on more mitzvot, and maybe that is what happened with Yehuda Meshi-Zahav. By spearheading the great mitzvah of properly caring for the human body, he began to appreciate the Jewish State of Israel and the broad spectrum of the Jewish People and other Israeli citizens. Today Yehuda Meshi-Zahav is a proud, loyal and patriotic Israel, along with being a strictly Torah observant Jew, and he doesn't see a contradiction between the two. In my book, that makes him a BT Baal Teshuva, or Chozer b'teshuva. Judaism, unlike any other religion, is one of simultaneous nationalism in Gd given Land, plus religious ritual and belief in our One Gd. Being truly Jewish is very complex.

The latest ZAKA newsletter has a wonderful letter/message by Meshi-Zahav, which I recommend reading:
Open letter from Yehuda Meshi Zahav to his Uncle former leader of Neturei Karata, Rabbi Amaram Blau
To my dear uncle and leader of the Neturei Karta Rabbi Amram Blau z"l,

When I was young, I would join the demonstrations you led against Shabbat desecrations and any other issue. For me, you were the epitome of the general, a leader and a fearless, uncompromising fighter for the principles of Judaism. We grew up with your stories of heroism, like the time you put your head in the Edison Cinema ticket window in Jerusalem to prevent desecration of the Shabbat, and you were beaten with clubs until you lost consciousness.

From you, we heard again and again about the great danger inherent in the Zionist state, to the extent that you would ask to cross the border to the protection of the Kingdom of Jordan. We heard about the decrees of annihilation of the Zionist regime, whose sole purpose was to rid the Jewish people of its religion and faith. We heard your warnings that within a few years there would be no remnant or refugee surviving from the people of Israel. You taught me about the importance of separating ourselves from everything that is part of the Zionist regime, not to take any money from the state, and that anyone who participates in the elections is effectively indulging in idol worship. You said in public forums that the Zionists were to blame for all the troubles of the people of Israel, including the Shoah itself...
...Today, after 70 years of a Zionist state, I am pleased to inform you, my dear uncle, that your fears were groundless: we have a wonderful, amazing Jewish-Zionist state that serves as a model for the entire world. A state that is blossoming in almost every sphere - education, economy, health, immigrant absorption, and Judaism itself. About 7 million Jews - over fifty percent of the Jewish people - live in the State of Israel, and in Jerusalem alone we are approaching one million residents, which probably was not the case even during Temple times.

Who would have believed that, 73 years after the Shoah, when the people of Israel were almost annihilated and there was hardly any trace of Torah and Hasidism, we would have a Jewish state of our own. A state in which the world of Torah would reach a level unparalleled in the history of the Jewish people. Since King Hezekiah, there has not been as much Torah study in the Land of Israel as it is today, and you will be surprised to hear that the “Zionist regime” is the greatest supporter of Torah education in the world, investing billions of shekels...
...My uncle, if you were able to open your eyes today, you would see that in the “Zionist state of destruction”, 73% light Chanukah candles, 78% fast on Yom Kippur, and over 200,000 people take part in Selichot prayers at the Western Wall. How hard you had to fight so that every road in the ultra-Orthodox neighborhoods would be closed on Shabbat. On the 70th anniversary of the Zionist state, there are seven cities led by Haredi representatives, where the roads are closed on Shabbat and holiday, as well as in other cities with large Haredi...
...Rest in peace, my dear uncle Rabbi Amram. There is no need to fight anymore. Although your generation may have feared the Zionist state, 70 years later it has been proven that the State of Israel, with God’s help, is the savior and protector of the people of Israel, and this is indeed the safest and best place to live as a Torah observant Jew...

The Elephant in The Room, The Holocaust

Here in Israel, there's a very constant "elephant in the room," aka Holocaust awareness. While the rest of the world has wiped that nasty bit of history out of the curriculum, or whitewashed it into something minor or "universal," Israeli school children are still being taught the nastier facts of life. And I hope that this continues here forever here in Israel.

Yesterday, as I attended the large Holocaust Memorial Ceremony in the Ofra Girls High School, a number of rows behind me sat my granddaughter.

The schools and preschools here in Israel make every effort to teach even the most difficult and incomprehensible eras of history in ways suitable for all ages.

Jewish History and Holidays are a series of Holocausts and attempted Holocausts. Think of Chanukah, Purim, the Crusades and the Inquisition. The Nazis of Europe, not just Germany, weren't the first and they certainly won't be the last. We are fighting a war of blood, theology and words right now with those who support and promote the so-called Palestinians, sic. The slogan "from the river to the sea Palestine will be free" is a very unsubtle war cry to destroy the State of Israel, Gd forbid. Their aim is to take over our Land and murder us.

Christian missionaries are after our souls, since there is no legitimacy to Christian dogma when Judaism is thriving. The actual basis of Christian theology is that god left the Jewish People and proclaimed a new one led by Jesus and his disciples. The Establishment of the State of Israel, even after six million Jews were murdered during the Holocaust, and our inexplicable, other than Gd's Hand, military victories in 1948, 1967 and 1973 challenge the very basis of Christianity.

So, if you've been having trouble figuring out why the United Nations, European Union, the international media, innumerable foreign countries and NGOs constantly target Israel as immoral or danger to "world peace," the answer is clear.  They've never "liked" us. Our survival goes against their own interests.

The Jewish People and Jewish State have never had any real, reliable allies, so it's time to stop looking for or expecting any support. We have Gd, and that's all we need.

History Lesson: Thanks, President Ruby Rivlin

I'm not the only one who has been disappointed in the actions and words of Israel's President Ruby Rivlin, but yesterday he redeemed himself:
PRESIDENT RIVLIN TO FOREIGN ENVOYS: ISRAEL ‘NOT COMPENSATION FOR HOLOCAUST’
Rivlin noted that his own family came to the Land of Israel well over a century before the Holocaust and said other Jewish families were already living here long before the arrival of his own ancestors. “The State of Israel is not a colonial project, and not compensation for the Holocaust,” he declared. “The State of Israel came into being from the right of the Jewish people to self-determination in its own homeland.”
The Jewish struggle for a state, self-government isn't something modern. It didn't begin in the 20th century or even the 19th century. It began two thousand years ago as we lost our independence to foreign invaders who toppled our king, tried to ban the Jewish religion and destroyed our Holy Temple in Jerusalem.

Yes, really. That is what the Great Revolt by Simon Bar-Kosiba aka Bar-Kochba was about.
The war began as a guerrilla struggle against Rome in 132 C.E. Within a short time it had spread throughout the country, and the rebels took Jerusalem, which had not been heavily fortified by the Romans. It is possible that sacrifices were now reinstituted and that work was begun on rebuilding the sanctuary. From the coins Bar Kochba struck we know of his high priest, Eleazar, who must have taken the lead in efforts to reestablish sacrificial worship. Here we see a reflection of the ancient concept of two messiahs, a lay and a priestly figure, prominent in the Testaments of the Twelve Patriarchs and in certain Qumran scrolls.
We know from the documents that the country was organized into administrative districts, that taxes were collected, and that governmental operations were carried out by Bar Kochba’s supporters. Bar Kochba observed Jewish law, and it may be stated that the documents confirm the close relationship between this “messiah” and tannaitic Judaism. Parenthetically, the texts also show that Hebrew was very much a living language at this time, and that, along with Aramaic and Greek, it served a large segment of the population. (read complete article by Lawrence Schiffman)
After Bar-Kochba's failure, no national leader or movement managed to inspire the Jewish People until Herzl's Political Zionism in the 19th Century.

Yes, that same defeated Jewish People were not destroyed. We survived those two thousand years, because Jewish religious leaders managed to codify Jewish Law into a "doable" lasting religion that is observed until this very day. That codified Jewish religion, based on the Bible is the key to our survival, when all of our ancient enemies are long gone.  There is no historical comparison with any other people/religion. And there is no other land-based people religion like the Jewish one.

The Jewish Calendar and Holidays are totally geared to the Land of Israel and agriculture here. The Modern Zionists of the 19th and 20th centuries embraced agriculture to celebrate this unique connection. Within a few decades, the barren wasteland began to bloom, and today Israel's agriculture and modern technological innovations have revolutionized agriculture all over the world.

The United Nations, European Union and other anti-Israel, anti-Jewish bodies will not succeed in doing what the Ancient Greeks and Romans failed to do. They will join the growing list of Jewish enemies buried in history books.

Correcting a Historic Injustice- USA Recognizes Jerusalem as Israel's Capital

I can only credit antisemitism with the Historic Injustice of the refusal to recognize Jerusalem as Capital of the State of Israel by all the nations and mainstream international bodies.

Jewish History, which is delineated in the Bible, that same book that is used to "swear on" by western countries including the United States of America, began in the Holyland, here in the Middle East, and from the time of King David, about three thousand 3,000 years ago, Jerusalem has been the administrative and spiritual Capital City. That predates the very beginnings of both Christianity and Islam by more than a millennium, 1,000 years.

That's why it was obvious to even early secular Zionists that they would make Jerusalem Capital City of the much dreamed of Jewish State.

Unlike the vast majority of the members of the United Nations, Israel wasn't an "invented" country. Check the history of most countries, most especially those in South America, the Middle East and Africa, and you will find that borders were drawn and the names made up by committees of politicians and bureaucrats. Native tribes speaking different languages and following different religious traditions were forced to become one political entity, when they had nothing in common. Tribes and tribal leaders were transferred from place to place, crowned and uncrowned, as maps were drawn without ever trying to take into account the people those borders would affect.

The so-called Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan is one of those totally invented countries. The Hashemites were imported to prevent the Zionists from being able to return to the eastern bank of the Jordan River, which was where the Biblical "cities of refuge" had been located.

Please don't forget that the world remained totally silent during the Nazi attempt to kill all the Jews in the world, starting with Europe.

There have always been Jews in the Land of Israel. The revolutionary aspect of Zionism was its aim to establish a modern state for Jews in the Holy Land. That was before Balfour and before the United Nations. The Balfour Declaration and the General Assembly vote November 29, 1947 were results of  Zionism. They were international recognition of Jewish rights. But that didn't mean that any country would help us.

The Jewish People fought alone during Israel's War for Independence and again in subsequent wars.

I must say that the hardest war has been the diplomatic war against us, which continuously tries to delegitimize Jewish connections to the Land of Israel and our holy cities, especially Jerusalem.

The insidious invention of a so-called "Palestinian sic people" has been very effective. This fake entity has been gifted by the world, and even many Jews, with equal rights to Israel. This is a total outrage!

Even Trump's carefully written recognition of Jerusalem as Israel's Capital City doesn't go far enough to correct this historic and moral wrong. But it's a very important step in the right direction.

Thank you, Donald Trump!

Time Bomb, Anti-semitism getting Worse All Over

I don't think I'm exaggerating when I say that things are getting much worse for Jewish People all over the world. I know that many will argue with me, but I consider the acceptance and teaching/brainwashing of anti-Israel policy and false history in international academia as proof of my thesis.
New Video Reveals UK Students Voicing Support for Terrorism, Calling for Israel’s Destruction

The future can very well be worse than a combination of the Holocaust, Inquisition and Crusader times.

Jewish People must all make aliyah, because in the long run, Israel will be the only place we can thrive and be safe.

Here we are Rosh Chodesh Nisan, less than two weeks before Passover Holiday is to begin. We're not supposed to think of Passover as cleaning and feasting, because it's a much more important Holiday than just that.
Israeli Independence Day Prayers in Shiloh Tabernacle Synagogue

Historically, according to the Bible, it begins when ten brothers gang up against their younger, favored brother and sell/banish him. He ends up in a foreign country where he reaches a position of authority and leadership.

Later Gd orchestrates a situation in which his entire family voluntarily exiles itself and joins him. They enter that foreign land as honored guests/immigrants being given the best land to cultivate and settle, but then everything changes. They find themselves dependent, enslaved by the ruler who has rewritten history to wipe out the good deeds of the brother. And for quite a while, just like the joke with the punchline, "we have three days to learn how to live underwater*," the Jewish People tried keeping quiet and cooperating. Yes, that sounds like Jews in Germany during the early stages of the Nazi regime.

Gd waited until the Jewish People finally cried out to Him, and that's when He sent a leader to help them escape.

  • Now, how much must happen until World Jewry admits that it's in trouble?
  • How bad must it get until World Jewry cries out in pain to Gd for help?
Unfortunately at this point, the wrong people are being blamed. There's an outrageously absurd situation when modern Hellenists aka J-Street and Company are supporting our enemies and attacking those who are trying to help us. For those who know Jewish History, this is all so sadly deja vu. Remember the anti-Zionists of Europe as the Nazis began their ascent to power?

Now all of Diaspora Jewry is in danger.

COME HOME TO THE LAND OF ISRAEL,
THE STATE OF ISRAEL!!

(#1781) The three advisors [My thanks to John T for the following] As a result of global warming, a new flood is being predicted by all the world’s top scientists. They predict that it will be horrendous, wiping out maybe 70% of the world’s population. Not only that, but the Flood could be here in 3 to 4 days time. Oy vay iz meer! Many famous people start to appear on television giving advice. One such program has the Pope, the Dalai Lama and the Chief Rabbi appearing together. The Pope says, "It’s still not too late to accept Jesus as your Saviour." The Dalai Lama says something similar, "I appeal to all of humanity to follow Buddhist teachings. If you do, you can find nirvana in the wake of the disaster." But the Chief Rabbi has a totally different kind of message. He looks straight at the camera and says, "My people, we have just two or three days to learn how to live under water!"

Anti-Israel Hypocrisy Reigns

There is no apartheid in Israel. Arabs, Jews of all races, Christians, Muslims, Bahais, Druze etc. all live in Israel.

  • All live with full rights in Israel.
  • All can study in universities, together in the same classes.
  • All get the same medical care.
  • All are allowed to worship according to their own precepts.
FOPWA
Protests like these are anti-semitic lies.

But if you want to talk about apartheid in the Middle East, there are many countries and a notorious "district" that practices it unabashedly. They discriminate against one religion, and that religion is not Islam. It's Judaism.

Jews are forbidden to live as Jews in Jordan, the PA-Palestinian Authority and many other places, but for some fokokt antisemitic reason, nobody calls that apartheid.

The United Nations, United States, European Union etc. all support making large parts of the Land of Israel Judenrein.  Judenrein means "clean of Jews," which is a form of apartheid, plain and simple. There is no logical way to dress it up into anything else, but somehow when it comes to anti-Jewish apartheid people refuse to accept/admit the truth. It's so easy to see how the Holocaust happened without any international protests as the anti-Jewish discrimination laws got more and more vicious morphing into death camps. It's a miracle that there were still Jews alive in Europe when the war ended, because saving Jews was not part of the Allied Forces battle plan.

International antisemitism is getting worse, and I can't see an improvement at all. Universities all over the world have accepted and teach the lie that Israel is an apartheid state that stole land from Arabs. This can't be rolled back. I'm very pessimistic about the future. I feel safest in Israel. Here, at least, I can still blog the truth.

Bernie Sanders is 100% WRONG!

The State of Israel envisioned by Leftists both here and abroad is one that wouldn't survive in the real world. It encourages, strengthens and plays in the hands of our unabashed enemies. Bernie Sanders, J-Street and all those others are horrendously and tragically wrong!
Sanders: One can be pro-Israel and rap its government
It doesn't matter one single iota that they claim to love Israel and be pro-Israel. It just makes their stand more dangerous and more tragic.

Israel is a tiny country surrounded by dangerous enemies which unabashedly proclaim their aim to destroy and replace the only Jewish country in the world. It is impossible, totally unrealistic, illogical to make peace with enemies like that.
Speaking before a conference held by J Street, a liberal Jewish American organization that primarily lobbies for a two-state solution between Israelis and Palestinians, Sanders said that "those of us who support Israel have got to tell the truth about policies that hurt the chances of a peaceful resolution." (Jerusalem Post)
Neither Israel nor the so-called "occupation," sic, is the cause for the tension and terrorism between Israel and her neighbors. Blaming Israel is a totally facetious antisemitic lie, even when said by Jews.

Anyone who reads the history of this part of the world can easily learn that the Jewish People have always had enemies that attempted to invade and destroy us. Yes, quite of few managed to occupy this land, the Assyrians, Greeks, Romans, Persians, Turks etc., but none of them has ever destroyed us.

The Jewish People/Nation is among the oldest in the History of the World. We keep on returning to our Ancestral Homeland, and each time we must fight our enemies, a new one for each generation.  And, yes, Jews like Sanders and those in J-Street have always been around assimilated into foreign cultures and supporting our enemies.

We are now in the Jewish Month of Adar, and the Holiday of Purim is less than a couple of weeks away. Read the Purim Megillah and see that then most of the Jewish People occupied by Persia were very much like Bernie Sanders, celebrating the rise of King Achashverosh and ignoring the plans of Haman. The Jewish Mordecai had to infiltrate Ester into the royal palace to save the Jewish People.

Stop listening to those drunk on foreign, non-Jewish wine and values.

We must learn from history and not ignore it!

Chodesh Adar Tov!

Historic Fact: It's NOT About "The Settlements!"

שנית עמונה לא תיפול
Sheinit Amona Lo Tipol
Amona Won't Fall A Second Time

All those all over the world, here in Israel and abroad, whether informally chatting over tea, coffee or beer or in hallowed halls of parliaments, think tanks or editorial rooms who keep claiming that "it's the settlements" keeping the "Arab-Israeli conflict," sic continuing are simply full of #$%%!!@#@! to put it mildly.

Modern Shiloh neighborhoods as seen from the Biblical location of the city
Arab violence against Jews, whether they were permanent residents -yes, Jews have always lived in the Holy Land- or just visiting pilgrims, has been a regular occurrence here even before the Zionist Movement began in  1870. And that was almost eighty 80 years before the establishment of the State of Israel in 1948, which was nineteen 19 years before the 1967 Six Days War and subsequent "settlements," which these pseudo-historians claim is the core of the "conflict."

The 1967 Six Days War was the result of the aggression, the unabashed plans voiced very publicly by Egypt, Syria, Iraq and Jordan to destroy the State of Israel. Israel was forced to fight for its very survival and won. According to International Law and all precedent, any land conquered in such a war becomes the legal property of the victor.  So in June, 1967, when the Arab countries effectively surrendered, Israel should have very simply annexed all of the land, the Golan, Jordan Valley, Judea, Samaria and the Sinai including Gaza effectively erasing the temporary "green line" that had been drawn at the 1949 ceasefire when Arab forces which had attacked the newly established State of Israel decided to take a breather and regroup.

Communities like Shiloh, where I live, are not the cause of any so-called "conflict," and "conflict" is a very poor choice of word for the attempted annihilation/holocaust of the Jewish People that has been going on for millenia. Yes, I believe that the Arab terrorism against us here is related to the Nazi Holocaust against European Jewry and the tacit cooperation of the Western World, and prior to that there was the Spanish Inquisition ad the Crusaders among other evil and immoral efforts to destroy the Jewish People.

American Anti-Semitism/Israel Serious and Growing

It's time for American Jewry and the State of Israel to take off their rose-colored glasses and look at the true picture of antisemitism and anti-Israel sentiment in the United States and recognize how it's only going to get worse.

I say that it is going to get worse, because it's much more prevalent among younger Ameridans than ever before. The norm, the accepted belief in American colleges and universities is that the State of Israel is an undemocratic apartheid state occupying Arab "Palestine."  They consider it a fact, not a myth or lie. That is what is taught to them by their experts and professors. The simple fact that there is no history of a country called Palestine, sic, no list of former presidents/kings/prime ministers/czars whatever doesn't faze them one iota.

The American and international concept of "justice" for the so-called "Palestinians" is to replace the State of Israel with a new country called "Palestine," sic. And they don't care if Jews are slaughtered, made homeless or anything.
WATCH: American College Kids Pledge Money to 'Wipe Israel Off the Map'
Satirical filmmaker Ami Horowitz went to Portland State University and asked people on campus if they would help raise money for Hamas.
Horowitz said he wanted to see just how far America's liberal students in the Pacific Northwest were willing to take the BDS Movement (Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions) against Israel. (foxnews.com)

Yes, I'm not exaggerating, nor being psychotically paranoid.

And if that's not disturbing enough, this story of a preteen being attacked should give you a reason to pack your bags for Israel.

‘Kill the Jew!’ 12-year-old boy brutally beaten at school in shocking hate-filled attack
Orit Avizov told a local news station that her 12-year-old was “physically attacked and verbally threatened” by one student who was yelling “kill the Jew” during the attack. (rawstory.com)
Push comes to shove, I don't think any country is better for Jews than the State of Israel.

Cellphones and Soccer Balls: BDS versus Israel

BDS, the growing international anti-Israel/antisemitic movement which aims to totally ostracize the State of Israel from all normative activities and weaken it until it's no longer viable has recently been putting pressure on one Israel's big cellphone companies, Orange, and its participation in FIFA the international soccer body.
Knesset parley on fighting BDS grows heated when Meretz and Arab MKs take the boycotters' side
“BDS opposes Israel as the Jewish state. It wants to blacken us and destroy us as a Jewish and democratic state,” Shaked explained. “The boycotters don’t talk about Judea and Samaria, they talk about the State of Israel.”
According to Shaked, “It’s not politically correct to be anti-Semitic today, but it’s super-in to be anti-Israel,” and as such, “People used to delegitimize the Jews and now they do it to our country.

Israelis are pretty much used to the fact that some celebrities excuse their refusal to perform in Israel due to their fear of BDS reprisals if they do come here, but there are enough who are perfectly willing to boycott the boycott. Enough Israelis are willing to shell out outrageous sums of money to attend mega performances to make it worthwhile for top performing artists, their entourages etc to show up in Israel.

Those who do defy the boycott generally find it worth their while and enjoy the enthusiasm of Israeli fans.

This week's BDS news has been full of cellphones and soccer balls.

Apparently to distract sports fans from corruption charges, FIFA has been targeting Israel. They are claiming to be concerned that Arab soccer players are subject to the same security checks as any other people, but it doesn't bother them that Jewish Israelis are forbidden to enter Arab areas, even to do something as banal as watching a soccer game. There is no protection for ordinary Israelis, who are threatened with death, while Israeli Arabs in Israel have the freedom to go any place.

Also this week, the French cellphone giant Orange has been broadly hinting that it does not want to defy BDS any longer. It wants to close down its Israeli operations.
French telecom operator Orange Chairman and CEO Stephane Richard told reporters in Cairo that his company wished to distance itself from its role in facilitating Israel’s rule over the Palestinian territories.

I have no doubt that one of the real reasons is because they aren't making as much money here as they once did. Many Israelis, like my family, have gone to the smaller less expensive companies. My husband and I are very happy with Golan, which not only gives us unlimited internet on our phones, but unlimited calls in Israel, most countries abroad and two foreign numbers for people to call us. Anyone in the states can just call us as if we were in New York. Orange doesn't offer anything like that.

The fact is that there is more freedom in Israel, even for Arabs, than any other country in the Middle East. The BDS is just modern Naziism, plain and simple. And just like the rest of the world contentedly sat by while Jews were discriminated against and then slaughtered in Nazi Germany, most people are perfectly happy to let the BDS chip away at the State of Israel, not caring about its true aims.
