Hamas/Gaza War Musings #16 Israel's Victory Sabotaged by The USA-- OF COURSE WE SHOULD JUST SAY NO!

Deja Vu!

American interference in Israel's WAR FOR SURVIVAL against Hamas/Gaza is dangerous and deceitful. The USA doesn't want us to win. It wants us to beg and then crumble as the Americans set up an Arab terror state in Israel's historic heartland.

I find it totally insanely preposterous that the State of Israel thinks that the USA knows more about winning wars than we do. They haven't actually won a war for close to eighty 80 years, and World War Two would have dragged on for many more years -if not longer- if they hadn't dropped the bomb.

The two greatest and most unexpected victories in the twentieth century were Israel's The IDF's, in the 1967 Six Days War and the 1973 Yom Kippur War. I'm not exaggerating. And to be honest, Israel almost lost in 1973, because the USA leaders kept lying and misleading Israel. Read Deceit of an Ally and listen to Bruce Brill

During the Yom Kippur War I was a young mother of two living in Jerusalem, and as I listened to the news and read the paper I became convinced that something was wrong. Prime Minister Golda Meir seemed addicted to consulting with America, especially Henry Kissinger who seemed to have too much influence on our -meaning the Israeli- government. I had this awful feeling that Kissinger and Nixon, who had been US President at the time, had envisioned Israel becoming too weak to win and then agree on being a "protectorate" of the USA. Then Kissinger would come to "lead/save" us.

A couple of decades later I discovered from various sources that my suspicions were pretty close to the truth. America knew about the war well before the first bullet was fired, and they continuously told Israel that they shouldn't go on alert, because the Arabs weren't planning any attack.

Here we are fifty 50 years later, and again it seems obvious that the United States is interfering, trying to sabotage Israel's success in this war for our very survival. Unfortunately in the past half century, we've become more dependent on getting shopping coupons aka "gift cards" tied with noose-like strings for American military equipment. Even some of our own military inventions need parts from the states, which we can't even buy without the American "approval." We must totally wean ourselves from the USA.

The American State Department has always been against Israel and had recommended to Harry Truman not to vote for Israeli statehood. Truman disagreed and had his ambassador vote "yes" at the United Nations.

More recently, the USA has interfered in Israeli elections by supporting the Leftist parties, and more recently it has been shown that all sorts of foreign money has been supporting the anti-Bibi, anti-judicial reform and get the hostages out NOW movements. Once the USA opened up and stated that they were planning on establishing an Arab country, which they'd call Palestine" in the Heartland of Israel, it became clear that the war was part of the plan. The Americans must have had this planned and knew it could only happen if they weakened Israel first. This is my gut feeling. I can't prove it yet, but it makes sense to me.

The bottom line is that we shouldn't trust America. They speak with "forked tongue" like the bad guys in old cowboy movies.

Israel Attacked by Hamas 2023/5784, War Musings #3 With Friends Like These...

Report: Biden pressured Israel not to launch attack on Hezbollah

WITH FRIENDS LIKE THESE, WHO NEEDS ENEMIES....

I'm not surprised at all. Sometimes I don't like being right, totally on target. I haven't trusted the United States for half a century already...

Biden's no friend of Israel He doesn't want Israel to really win.

He wants to come in and "rescue" a desperate Israel making it a weak protectorate.

I've always suspected that it had been Kissinger's dream in 1973. That's the only thing that makes sense. Way back when, in 1973, during the Yom Kippur War, I began being very suspicious of the USA and Kissinger. Later on, from two totally unrelated friends, meaning people who never knew each other, I discovered how the USA  had deceived Israel. Read Bruce Brill's Deceit of an Ally. Kissinger's guilt is my theory.

There are too many strings, conditions and demands to the American "aid." Read the fine print.

We have to fight to win, to destroy Hamas and demand unconditional defeat of the Gazan Hamas terrorists. Nothing else will end this hell/war. Bibi's previous attempts to "quiet things" in recent years were disasters. It was so obvious this sort of thing would happen, though even I never expected such depravity and cruelty.

About That Golda Movie and American Friendship sic

photo taken in Yad Veshem
בכל דור ודור
In every generation

I understand that many viewers think it's like a documentary.

We had made aliyah three years before the war and were living in Bayit Vegan at the time.

It didn't take me long to be very suspicious of the Americans, especially Kissinger. Time has only strengthened these feelings.

Does the movie show Golda asking Kissinger why the Americans told Israel that there was nothing to worry about, when there had been unusual activity on the Egyptian front? She should have asked Kissinger, and she shouldn't have been so naïve as to trust him.

Nixon sent him, knowing that Kissinger could easily con the Israelis. This is what I've suspected ever since the war was going on.

Around thirty years ago, an old friend called from the states and told me that a friend of hers had been in the American Army in 1973. That August he was stationed in Germany and they were suddenly confined to base. Later on they were given desert equipment, still confined to base. Only after Israel miraculously and unexpectedly defeated the Arabs, their status changed. That really made me think that something stank.

Bruce Brill's book, Deceit of an Ally, only confirmed my suspicions. I highly recommend that you read Brill's book, his memoirs of the the Yom Kippur War while working for American National Security Agency (NSA.)

Every time I hear an Israeli Government official or some commentator blithely state that America is Israel's closest ally, friend, etcetera, all I can think is with friends like that we don't need enemies.

I remember the 1967 Six Days War well and have studied Israel's earlier history. It's very clear that our greatest victories were without any human or diplomatic help. It was very obvious and clear to me in 1967 that The USA was happy to stay on the sidelines, dumb--meaning mute--not saying a word against the countries trying to destroy Israel. And in 1973 during the Yom Kippur War, the USA was trying to create a military stalemate and get Israel to beg to become a protectorate. Kissinger was then slated to be the first "caretaker," military governor or whatever they or he had been planning to call the position.

And about recent decades, please don't tell me that America gives Israel "aid." It gives Israel BUY IN AMERICA shopping coupons. which strengthen (subsidizes) American military industries and cripples/restricts Israel's. There are all sorts of "strings" connected to these gifts. The IDF Israel Defense Forces has become a sort of drug addict, addicted and dependent on these American products instead of producing and marketing our own. Even worse, our brilliant technology is used by the Americans which they use to control us.

Please think about it. Maybe I sound crazy, but as it's said:

Even paranoids can have enemies!

Honestly, Israel Doesn't Need America to Survive

I have problems with the whole concept that "We need to know America has our back," Minister of Education Naftali Bennett.

Israel's greatest victories were when there was no interference/support by any foreign country, even the United States of America. The Israeli War of Independence when we had to defend ourselves against British backed Arab troops/armies and the 1967 Six Days War when Soviet backed Arab armies, tacitly supported by the United Nations and innumerable foreign countries were miraculous victories. All logic and military experts had the State of Israel written off as defeated. We had no human or diplomatic allies.

Prayers went to Gd, and Gd wanted us to win. If we depend on humans, we may lose. That is what almost happened in 1973 during the Yom Kippur War. The Nixon-Kissinger agenda was to make the USA the real power in the Middle East. It's only thanks to Gd and Jewish People that they failed.

The best response of the State of Israel to supporters like Trump and Pence is a simple "thank you for doing what is right in the eyes of Gd."

Distorting Headlines

From these outrageous and totally inaccurate headlines, you'd think that USA's Vice President Pence and the State of Israel cause all the problems here:

But the truth is very simple. It's really because of the Leftists, the journalists and the NGOs which egg on the Arabs to riot and attack Israelis. There's a very simple price to the violence. The IDF and Israeli Police have to stop them from murdering innocent Jews/Israelis.

The journalists/media love the violence, since it makes for nice eye-catching pictures and headlines. Their aim is the total destruction of the State of Israel, although then the violence will move to other countries. But they don't care.

For a very suitable Chanukah reminder... We have never had true allies, not in modern times, nor ancient times. A favorite phrase used by American leaders that they'll "stand by us" is totally useless, because all they promise to do is to "stand still" while Israel is being attacked. Then they plan on picking up the pieces and taking over. That is what Nixon and Kissinger had planned in 1973 during the Yom Kippur War. They tried to conduct it by "advising" both Israel and Egypt simultaneously. American troops had been waiting on standby in Europe for weeks/months ready to move in. We don't need "friends" like that. Only when Arik Sharon took over the southern front and ignored American instructions did Israel defeat Egypt and end the war.

Chanukah is a reminder that a small Israel only needs Gd as an ally.

The Incorrect "Conceptzia" That Almost Destroyed The State of Israel

We are our own worst enemies...
Yes, I admit that I'm not original in saying so. Yom Kippur, 1973, was a very frightening example of that truism. In the Jerusalem Post there was an article by  which lists and explains a number of the potentially fatal mistakes made by Israeli leaders before and during the Yom Kippur War.
What could have been if Israel had prepared differently 43 years ago?

Intelligence What if the Intelligence Corps (AMAN) had behaved intelligently; that is, with an open mind and without fixations? This is the part of Yom Kippur War lore that is probably best known to the public: how AMAN’s chief, Gen. Eli Zeira, and a few of his senior aides, insisted until the last moment that Egypt and Syria would not attack despite warning signs as big as Times Square billboards. They had fixated on information received by the Mossad long before from a highly placed source in Cairo. That source believed Egypt would not go to war before it received advanced aircraft and Scud missiles from the Soviets.
Less well known is the revelation by Mossad chief Zvi Zamir that the same Egyptian source, with whom he met periodically, informed him early in 1973 that president Anwar Sadat had changed his mind. Sadat would not wait for new weapons but go to war with what he had. Zamir maintains in a book that he personally informed AMAN of this far-reaching policy shift.
But AMAN ignored it and continued to issue projections until the last moments based on the outdated “conceptzia” – no new weapons meant a low probability of war...
Click here for the complete article. It is a must read for sure.

And for those who weren't around or aware at the time, Israel's IDF soldiers were caught totally by surprise and observing the 25 hour Yom Kippur fast when the coordinated attacks by Egypt in the south and Syria in the north began.

Britanica.com

Without the help of Gd we never could have survived. This was the first time that Israel trusted and consulted with the United States, which added to our troubles, because Nixon-Kissinger had their own plan for the region. They wanted the war, and I have no doubt that they knew that Israel was about to be attacked, to end in a tie/draw which would give them power over us. Our miraculous and massive victory was not the American plan. Their so-called "aid" had been carefully measured out by their calculations, just enough for Israel to survive but not to thrive.

"Strategic Advantage" like Living with Cancer

For decades already, basically since the 1973 Yom Kippur War, successive American governments have promised to "help" the State of Israel by assuring us "Strategic Advantage" over our neighboring enemies.

The Economist
That is how Nixon and Kissinger supported, sic, Israel during that war. Their aim was to allow Israel a victory without its truly defeating Egypt and Syria. They wanted Israel to be fully dependent on American aid/support without its being destroyed/defeated. This was the first time Israel had fought a war for survival with any sort of foreign ally. Our 1967 Six Days War's victory was ours and ours alone, with the help of Gd and the Jewish People all over the world.

Israel's tragic mistake, which we're still paying for, is not acting like a victor should. We didn't fully accept the surrender of the Arabs in 1967. We've been attempting to negotiate "peace" ever since, which just makes us look weak and act weak.

That's why Egypt and Syria thought they had a chance to defeat us just six years after their defeat. This yearning for peace makes us appear weak, which isn't an illusion. That's why the State of Israel has been accepting the fork-tongued assistance and aid from America. The latest package/deal from Obama is the actualization of the Nixon-Kissinger plan. The conditions for Israel's acceptance of the aid, sic, buy-in-America shopping coupons is the weakening of the Israeli military industries, which makes Israel even more dependent on the USA.

"Strategic Advantage" does not give Israel the ability to fight our enemies into submission. We can only "slap it" and if we need more weapons, it is only with American approval/permission. They not only hold the purse-strings, they have the keys to the factories.

If you liken our enemies to a "cancer," this is very much like those who have been told by their doctors that the best scene scenario is "living with cancer" which can be controlled by periodic or frequent doses of chemo, just enough to keep the cancer from growing and not enough to kill the patient.

It's one thing when you have no choice, as in certain types of cancer, but we do have a choice. This American so-called aid is also an addiction. Withdrawal may be painful for a period of time, but afterwards the body will recover and be healthy.

The Jewish People have just celebrated the beginning of the new year, 5777. It is time for us to take charge of our fate, continued existence. Gd will help us if we take the right steps.

Bernie Sanders: Vote for Him Since He's Jewish or Davka Don't?

When I was growing up, in the middle of the previous century in New York, the accepted "rule" was to support anyone Jewish, because we could trust Jews to do the best for us. And also, when voting in the Herut (prior to Likud primaries) I'd look for any female name on the list and vote for her, just because I wanted to support women in that bastion of male power politics. I've come a long way, baby, and now I'm most suspicious of Jews in politics/office, out of Israel, and I check out female candidates/wannabes as carefully as the males before giving them my vote.

And one thing I've learned when it comes to Jews trying to make it in foreign politics is that they overcompensate their Jewish identity by being extra-anti-Israel to prove that they are loyal Americans, Brits etc.

AP Photo/John Locher

I'm relieved that Bernie Sanders seems to be well out of the running for the Democratic nomination for President of the United States, because Hillary has an unbeatable lead in delegates. As an Israeli, one who recognizes the historical and strategic importance of our Biblical Homeland, I was very suspicious and wary of Sanders's extreme radical ideology/politics, because his philosophical bedfellows support and identify with the Arabs here, not the Jews.

There is no doubt in my mind that Israel's capitulation and trust in America as a friend in 1973, which blinded our leaders here to the  then upcoming surprise Yom Kippur War was because Henry Kissinger, yes, a Jew, was Secretary of State for Nixon. The harrowing stories of those early days of the war show how close we were to defeat. The Nixon-Kissinger Government carefully allowed just enough additional arms to create a stalemate between Israel and Egypt, but Gd planned differently and enabled us to defeat Egypt and Syria. This caused great dispapointmt to Nixon and Kissinger who had planned on moving in as peacekeepers. The American army units were waiting in Europe since late that summer. Yes, although Israel was taken by surprise, the USA knew in advance!

And I've long since those innocent days in the early 1970's ceased to vote for "any female." I always supported Geula Cohen, may she live and be well, for her dedicated and consistent pro-Land of Israel politics, not because she was born with a womb. I davka consider voting for someone just because she is a woman is as sexist as voting against someone because of their sex. And voting for someone because he's black, asian or whatever is just as racist as voting against for the same reason.

Ture equality is looking at what's in the person, their achievements and ideology. We should never let sentiment get in the way of our voting choices!

Lesson of the 1973 Yom Kippur War, Forget Ideology and Go for Facts

The disaster of the 1973 Yom Kippur War is  rooted in the faulty post- 1967 Six Days War euphoria. There are two equally mistaken and problematic parts to the faulty readings of the significance of our 1967 victory. One was simply proven wrong with the 1973 attack, and the other unfortunately is still worshiped as the primary ideology of every single Israeli Government since June, 1967.

  1. The IDF is such a fantastic army, and the 1967 victory so stunning that the Arabs will never dare attack us again.
  2. The Lands conquered in the 1967 war should be used as a barter for peace with the Arabs. Earlier on, there was a simple formula stating that Sinai and Gaza could return to Egypt, the Golan to Syria and Judea, Samaria and the Jordan Valley to Jordan. More recently, Israel joined its international enemies by promoting a new concept called the "Palestinian State."
Nixon Foundation, ...the armies of Anwar Sadat’s Egypt and Hafez al-Assad’s Syria launched surprise attacks on Israel. The Arab armies took advantage of Israel’s observation of the holiest day of the Jewish calendar — Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement — when broadcasting is curtailed and many soldiers are given leave to be with their families.

Here we are forty-two years later, after a surprise attack that shouldn't have been a surprise at all if the Israeli Government, Defense and Information departments had been on the ball looking at the facts on the ground rather than cocooned in it's overconfidence, relying on myths rather than the information which had been building up.

Yes, the Israeli Government admitted afterwards that there had been clear signs of a military build up on both the Syrian and Egyptian fronts, but the political leaders were so convinced with Israel's "invincibility" that it didn't take preventative measures. I recently heard my neighbor and rabbi, Harav Elchanan Bin-Nun talk about his experiences as a tank driver on the Golan Heights during the early stage of the war in a crucial battle which ended up being the turning point and beginning of our recovery and eventual victory. Not only wasn't there a battle plan for the soldiers to follow, but equipment wasn't organized and ready. There was total anarchy in the IDF command.

For years I've been saying that the American Government interfered in the war. They didn't assist Israel. Nixon had hoped for a stalemate in order to become the power in the Middle East. Just now when I was looking for a map of the war, I found the proof on his foundations' site:
"...But RN immediately and intuitively saw them as an intriguing geopolitical development that combined the possibility of great danger with the potential for great opportunity. If this unexpected war could be settled in a way that disgraced or disadvantaged neither side too seriously, it might result in the first opportunity in decades to achieve a peace by breaking some new negotiating ground. Indeed, it was precisely this kind of multi-dimensional diplomatic chess that was RN’s forte. Not only would the Arabs and Israelis have to be alternately cajoled and led into a new kind of balanced relationship, but Soviet influence in the region would have to be finessed in a way that wouldn’t derail the carefully constructed policy of détente. The risks were great; but the reward would be a major element of RN’s goal of a generation of peace." (emphasis mine)
It's clear that he, Nixon, considered us a pawn in his scheme. And Israel's reliance on the Jewish Secretary of State Kissinger was another dumb mistake or miscalculation.

Over and over the United States has shown that it isn't a true ally of the State of Israel, but our government refuses to accept that fact.

And since 1973, Israel has been forced to accept the fact that the IDF isn't invincible; the Arabs aren't afraid of us.

Unfortunately the second post Six Days War faulty conclusion has only expanded and is more dangerous to the security and continued existance of the State of Israel than ever imagined. Now, instead of believing/claiming that we can "return the lands to Jordan, Syria and Egypt for peace," now Israel has been begging the Arab terror authority, PLO=Fatah=Hamas to negotiate a new Arab state which would be called "Palestine."
Hamas: Ruling West Bank it could destroy Israel “with a speed that no one can imagine”Hamas leader Al-Zahar:
If Hamas were to transfer "what it has [in Gaza] or just a small part of it to the West Bank" it would destroy Israel "with a speed that no one can imagine."

"We will build an Islamic state in Palestine, all of Palestine"

New Poll: Hamas leader Haniyeh would defeat Abbas in elections in both the West Bank and the Gaza Strip
Haniyeh - 55%, Abbas - 38%
Successive Israeli Governments have stringently ignore the fact that these Arab groups aim to destroy Israel and promote the return of Arabs to pre-1967 Israel cities such as Haifa, Tel Aviv-Jaffa and Jerusalem.

In order to understand the cause of the 1973 war, we must reevaluate 1967. And then we must take these conclusions further and change Israeli Government policy. There must be no more cooperation with any attempts to establish a Palestinian State. No negotiations and a zero tolerance for Arab terrorist acts of all sorts, even if there aren't Jewish fatalities.

My conclusion is based on facts not on wishful-thinking ideology!

Deja Vu, 1973, Israel Must be Winning if The USA Wants Ceasefire

The 1973 Yom Kippur War should have been a major wake-up call to the State of Israel that its new friend and ally, the United States of America, wasn't very reliable.
"New friend and ally?" Some of you may be asking.
Yes, Israel had no allies six years earlier when it fought for its very existance there were no diplomatic military allies. Israel did it alone and did a great job of it. We defeated three Arab armies in six days, and in the process we liberated Land that made the impossible to defend 1949 ceasefire lines history.

1949 "Green Line"

Suddenly, fragile little Israel became a "super power." And suddenly we had defensible borders which included all of Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria, the Jordan Valley, the Golan and the Sinai including Gaza. Unfortunately government and IDF leaders believed the hype and thought us invincible. And suddenly instead of being ignored on the international diplomatic front, we had "friends," like the USA.

Israel signed treaties with America that were supposed to guarantee us vital information, like warning before a country attacked us. Somehow the Americans forgot that in October, 1973, and Israel was not only caught flat-footed, but fasting on Yom Kippur when Syria and Egypt coordinated a surprise attack.

Unfortunately Stupidly Israel was lulled into a false security by the US, because its Secretary of State was a Jew, Henry Kissinger, and it never occurred to Israel's leaders that "one of us" couldn't be trusted to put Israel's needs first.

Looking back, and please don't forget that I was living in Jerusalem at the time, it seems pretty clear to me that the USA had a plan to make Israel totally dependent on it, a protectorate. So, the Americans, led by its President Nixon and Jewish-AMERICAN Kissinger expected Israel to need them to survive. They "stood by" and didn't push for a ceasefire until Israel got the upper-hand against Egypt.  Then, all of a sudden, not earlier when Israel was struggling, did the Americans push for a ceasefire.

And here we go again. Israel has been bombarded with dangerous enemy rockets, missiles weapons for the longest time. Due to the brilliance of the Israeli military industry, the invention of the Iron Dome and the mericful siyate d'Shmaya, Hand of G-d, damage has been relatively minimal.

This does not mean that we haven't been in mortal danger.

All the while that Israel remained silent and tried to live with the attacks, the world, yes including American Obama, Kerry and co., was silent. Now United States President Barack Hussein Obama has sent his Secretary of State Kerry to the Middle East to push for a ceasefire. The "good news" in that must be that the Hamas Gazan Arab terrorists must be hurting. They don't care that their civilians who protect the military installations or the United Nations building that are used for missile/weapons storage have been hit. What seems to have them most upset is that the sophisticated network of tunnels leading from schools and hospitals into Israeli CIVILIAN communities have been discovered and are being destroyed.  Thank G-d for the skills and competence of the IDF.

Now is not the time to stop. We must finish the job, לסיים את המסימה lisayyem et hamissima! And we must stop taking American and other foreign advice.

The Gazan Arab Hamas terrorists couldn't have built those tunnels, rockets and missile-launchers without foreign help. We can't trust anyone other than ourselves.

We have the power with the Help of G-d, like in 1967, and we must use it with confidence, G-d willing.
