A Rough Time

We are all in mourning for the eight victims of Arab terror and praying for the complete and speedy recovery of the wounded. We pray that their parents and friends will have the strength to continue.

One of those brutally shot down was a 16 year old boy from Shiloh, Yonatan Eldar, HaYa"D. Friday afternoon there was an enormous funeral.

Yonatan had just celebrated his 16th Birthday. He was born during a massive snowstorm. The roads were closed for a number of days. Three women in the area were due with babies. The army decided that as soon as one goes into labour, all three would be helicoptered out to a hospital. This year, sixteen years later, it was unseasonably hot.

The Jewish month of Adar is known for contrasts, opposites.

Debka seems to be reporting (in Hebrew) that none of the members of the government, including Netanyahu on the opposition, came to the funeral. Can anyone confirm this unbelievable statement?

a, check a7 Hebrew. I understood that Shas did show.
But the individual funerals, at least the one here in Shiloh, didn't have any MK's.

lion, I felt the need to document the tragedy and just tried to be as discreet as possible.

thanks
