Strange Timing

Interesting blog and numbers on the chart. My question is, considering how many more missiles were launched against Israel during the first months of the year, why did it take so long for Israel to respond?

Those numbers are very clear. The earlier part of the year was the time for us to strike. That's why I think that this war is The Election Campaign War.
