Tzachi who?

Israel's Chairman of the Knesset Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee and former minister, Tzachi Hanegbi, once considered a strong Land of Israel supporter and political heavy-weight, has been attacked for his vacationing in Florida during this very bloody war. The only link I can find is in Hebrew, sorry.

His excuse is that they "go every year," since his wife Randy's parents are there. That's rather childish and pathetic. The truth and significance are much more important.

Tzachi Hanegbi is irrelevant to Israeli politics and security. Once he "came out of the closet" and admitted that he's just a political opportunist, joining Sharon and Olmert, supporting Disengagement and dumping the Likud for Kadima, he lost his power. He lost his authority and credibility. They were dependent on principles, patriotism, Zionism.

Honestly, I don't mind that he's in Florida. I suggest he invite his buddies, his partners in crime, Olmert, Peres, Peretz, Issak Herzog, etc. Let them all vacation there forever!

Amen, except it's too good a punishment for them!

That's this world, G-d will take care of Olam Haba.

And I understand that Florida in the summer can be hellish.
