I don't know if this originated with this war, but it certainly is applicable:In a recent interview, General Norman Schwartzkopf was asked if he thought there was room for forgiveness toward Hizbollah.
The General said,
"I believe that forgiving Hizbollah is G-d's function. Israel's job is to arrange the meeting."
