They offer a much better deal, in terms of price and service than most every other cellphone service, and more and more people, including me and my husband have joined up and left the big veteran companies like Pelephone, Cellcom and Orange.
I look at the Likud and Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu as those old cellphone service companies. Just like they once seemed so important and crucial to getting the job done, now it looks like we Israelis have been suckered.
Early in this war the Israeli public was pretty much 100% behind Bibi. That's when it looked like he was going to send in the troops and destroy the Hamas Arab terror infrastructure in Gaza. I still get all choked up when I quote the mother of a wounded IDF soldier who when asked what message to send to her other son who was fighting in Gaza.
Finish the job!

!סיים את המסימה!At that time, polls gave Netanyahu 82%; now he is down to 39%. Hat tip IMRA:
Panels Poll: Netanyahu rating today 38% Good, down from 82% on 23 JulyG-d willing, next elections the Israeli voting public will vote using the knowledge it has picked up these last few weeks. Instead of voting Likud, headed by Binyamin Netanyahu who has campaigned as a Centrist or NRP aka Jewish Home, headed by Naftali Bennett whose campaign promise was that he would be a member of Bibi's cabinet, Israelis should vote for the unabashedly Jewish Right, like Otzma l'Yisrael, Power to Israel which in the last elections was headed by Aryeh Eldad and Michael Ben-Ari.

We've been suckers long enough.
- It's time to have a government that cares more for the Jewish State of Israel than anything else!
- It's time to have a government that doesn't take orders from foreign leaders!
- And it's time to have a government that isn't afraid to fight our enemies!

In light of obama's belief that Israel is too powerful and needs to be humbled or isolated by the world, do you think it is possible that the pressure on Bibi by obama is so the openly leftist peace-processor foreign-sellout types like livni and others (as opposed to the covertly leftist peace-processor types like Bibi) are seen as preferable in comparison, allowing the latter to enact deliberately suicidal concessions once they've gained power via US / foreign backing?
My understanding is that these companies can afford to undercut the big comanies because they're riding on their backs, using the infrastructure they built. And I am concerned this might also apply to political parties. I am afraid these parties only address [some] political issues and really have given no thought as to how to run the country, and don't have any idea how to, or what's involved. I like their stands, but don't believe in one issue parties. They have to know how to take care of everything, the infrastructures of the country as it were.
Jester I do not follow what you said. Please clarify the conclusion.
Shelly, I prefer paying less to Golan.
And the Israeli political system is most successful when there are two opposing oppositions, Right vs Left, like north and south poles.
Hi Batya,
Can you clarify for me (and the rest of your readers) whether Otzma L'Yisrael is separated from the Kach party or is it its successor?
You may remember that I also voted for O"L; I would have voted for Kach, had I been here then.
I disagree with Shelly that the current leadership takes care of the infrastructures well. It doesn't think about the effect giving up land and giving in to our enemies has on our industries or the cost of our living space and utilities!

Lke it or not Israel may have to pull out of some territories maybe even from Shilo if there's to be a two state soltion. It obviously worries or concerns you and thus your recidivist attacks on
mainstream Israel leaders.

Maybe you ought to give them some territory from YOUR country, wherever it is.
Betcha can't find Israel on a map, much less decide for us what to give up and what to keep!
2-State Solution, GO TO HELL!!!!!

CDG, I know nothing about kach. People can be part of multiple groups.
a-goornisht, are you promoting the destruction of the State of Israel or maybe Santa Claus for president? I'm a realist.
CDG re your uncensored comment "go to hell".
I would but you would have to give me the keys to your apartment first.

In this current conflict even many leftist "pro-peace" politicians like Livni were issuing hawkish statements now and again urging Bibi to flatten Gaza, even if their motivation was for the PLO to take over.
Perhaps those leftist politicians together with foreign allies such as obama intervening in Israeli politics are laying the groundwork to force Bibi from power as a result of this war by issuing hawkish rhetoric / sound-bites to appeal to Israelis disillusioned with Bibi for not wiping out hamas and protecting Israelis living in the south, so whichever leftist takes over as PM would be willing to enact suicidal concessions.
During this war obama, kerry, etc have stated in one form or another that Israel should be weakened with Bibi replaced by someone who will not be prevented making concessions to genocidal muslims by the own party as is currently the case with Bibi.
Hope I've managed to clarify what I've said.
Anon 26/8/14 22:06:
You obviously don't read very carefully. It was the 2-state solution I was telling to go to hell.
But if you seriously want to go there, you don't need the keys to my apartment. I think you know the way there better than I do.
CDG, Yerushalayim
jest, the American interference in Israeli politics is totally immoral.
To Anon @18:13 - Afraid that the goornisht helfen is for you. Our enemies can conspire all they want against us (those from within too), but nothing will help them, because we have the King of Kings on our side!

I agree
One can even argue that given obama's closeness to the Muslim Brotherhood / Hamas and similar regimes (like turkey, qatar, etc) that one aspect of this whole conflict was to expose Bibi's pseudo-hawkishness in Israeli eyes, so he could be replaced by someone more malleable to foreign powers hence why many leftists were acting hawkish during this war.
Whether Obama and the leftist’s gamble to regain power pays off is another matter entirely, since though this conflict has highlighted how dependent the IDF is on parts and supplies from the US and other countries, the Israeli public might be angry enough to rally against the entrenched leftist sell-out establishment as well as bring about true change and independence from outside powers.
flora, yes, thanks
jest, I just hope the Isralei public won't keep falling for Bibi's lies.
