What/Who Made Goldstone Wise Up?

All of a sudden, Richard Goldstone has admitted that maybe his report about the Gaza war of 2008-09 for the U.N. Human Rights Council was mistaken.  Nu, it was obvious from day one.  The facts he and the rest of his committee left out then had been easily available if they had wanted to look for them, nu, so why all of a sudden now does his conscious bother him?

Let's see the U.N. Human Rights Council and Goldstone use those same criteria they had used then on Israel to investigate the U.S.  and allies' attacks on Libya.

I wouldn't say that Goldstone, a retired justice of the Constitutional Court of South Africa and former chief prosecutor of the U.N. International Criminal Tribunals for the former Yugoslavia and Rwanda, was "used" by the United Nations and the international media.  I think that his pride got in the way of his brains.  He was blinded by the honor of the position accorded him and didn't think, didn't investigate, didn't ask the right questions nor listened for honest answers.

I'm glad that he has finally admitted that something was wrong in his actions, though it doesn't go far enough.
