Um, all of Eretz Yisrael is kadosh in that sense. And in the sense of Kedushat Makom, halachically the location upon which Mishkan Shiloh was located only had Kedushat Sha'ah.
For example, there is no problem today with a someone Tameh going there. In fact, academically, you could locate a cemetery there - lo aleinu (tartei mashmah).
"Mockery" is a ridiculously harsh word for what I wrote.
