Kagan's Hero

Ironic

Having learned about good government, balance of power etc in New York, United States schools, I am particularly incensed by the Israel judicial system.  "Activist" judges make decisions not according to law and judicial precedence, but according to their personal opinions and concept of morality.  Yes, they think they're G-d almighty.

Of course there's a certain mix of personal opinion in judgement, but it should be based on law.  Israeli justices are notorious for their following their "conscience" and ideology rather than law.

What out America, your latest Supreme Court nominee, Elena Kagan,  worships Israeli Justice Aharon Barak.

Batya, you need to ask someone how you can control the size of an embedded video's appearance on your blog.

This one is extending into your page's right margin. It's happened before.

There's a size choice on youtube which I didn't play with.
Sorry

Shalom!
IMHO the 850 rabbi who are making this into a Jewish issue aren't helping. They should be talking about universal values based on the Tora. The Tora, even though it was given to the Jews, is, for lack of a better word, a guidebook for the entire world.

Yes, it's a constitutional issue.
