The percentage of voters being announce in the Jerusalem elections sound peculiar.  It's lower than expected.  I haven't seen a breakdown of neighborhoods which would be much higher, except for  the Arab ones.
The lower the turn-out the better for Porush, since his people vote.  Barkat needs a high turn-out.  I don't know what Arkady Gaydamak needs.  He never had a chance.
I was in Jerusalem twice today and, G-d willing I'll post election pictures, but not tonight.
