Most Americans, Pew found, sympathize with Israel over the Palestinians — a standard finding in these polls. But for the first time in 15 years, the poll found that liberal Democrats sympathize more with the Palestinians than with Israel (40 percent versus 33 percent):
And don't forget that university staffs and students and student bodies also routinely condemn Israel and support Arabs.
As Israel prepares to celebrate 68 years of Independence, we must remember that we can't count on other nations to save us or support us. We can't even count on other Jews who are entrenched in Leftist thinking which demonizes Israel for winning the 1967 war for Survival, the Six Days War.
We must trust Gd and do what's best for us, since we can never placate the world.
Remember!

Don't forget that once they enter the workforce, have to pay bills and begin to resent high tax bills many liberal democrats become much more right wing.

With Liberal Democrats, the lines have crossed, although it's about even. It's the effect of a lot of propaganda.
You might say: They are wrong about everything else with regard to international affairs, why shouldn't they be wrong about this? But for a very long time, they weren't so wrong, and you have to be very wrong to be more sympathtic to "the Palestinians" - you know the people committing acts of terrrism and war crimes who live in a community where nobody can ever say a fair word in public about Israel.
The question itself incorporates a BIG LIE. The wording assumes that this is a conflict between Israel and "Palestinians." Most people who answer that they side with Israel know that it's not. It's really a conflict between Israel and certain Arab and Moslem states, with occasional help from other states, like Russia. Palestinians who oppose Israel are not independent actors. Abbas himself has said he can't do anything that goes against the Arab League.
It's definitely younger people, exposed to anti-Israel propaganda in colleges, who are moderfately trending against Israel. (Bernie Sanders supporters) There's a big change just in the last 3 years. It's hat BDS movement which has gone unanswered, or had its critics silenced, and it mostly affects those people who never thought about Israel before - that is, college students.
It's also definitely reversible, but that not be so easy to get going.
There should not be any practical effect from this for at least 15, and more likely, 25 to 35 years, because the consensus s still pro-Israel. Somethinbg could happen, as a resujlt of partian division, but probably only accompanied by massive lies. But anything that happens before that will be the actions of older people. The terrorist supporters may also destroy their credibility anyway. They'll probably try to link the terrorist war aaginst Israel and the terrorist war against the west much too soon. It will backfire.
Mighty Garnel Ironheart, I think you're referring to a different post.
Mr. Cohen, interesting
Sammy Finkelman, there are no "Palestinians."
