Some Simple Truths: A Speech is Just a Speech and No Matter How You Slice It, A Pseudostinian aka Palestinian sic State Endangers The Continued Survival of The State of Israel

United States President Barack Hussein Obama's latest speech at the United Nations is a great improvement over his previous ones, but it's still just a speech.  Even he mocks the power of speeches.

"Peace depends upon compromise among peoples who must live together long after our speeches are over, and our votes have been counted."

I hate to spoil the party, rain on your parade, but it doesn't matter who claims it's possible...

There is no way that Israel can survive if there's a Pseudostinian aka Palestinian sic State!
This new video promoted by aish.com makes no sense.  It is Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu's policy.

On one hand it shows the dangers that a Pseudostinian aka Palestinian sic State would bring to Israel, and on the other hand it claims that it's possible to make some sort of deal with the Arabs on the establishment of a new Arab country in the heart of the Jewish Homeland that wouldn't destroy or endanger Israel.  It makes absolutely no sense.  There's no logic to it.  Planting a country in the middle of another one has never worked, not any other place in the world.

Why is the world ignoring the fact that the Arabs have always attacked, terrorized an murdered Jews here long before there was a State of Israel?  Why does Israel, the government, media and academics ignore this fact?

There will never be peace as long as the world promotes the establishment of a Pseudostinian aka Palestinian sic State!

Hi Batya,
Do you think we should annex the land and give full Israeli citizenship to it's residents?

I agree with you. My reading over recend days has centred on an article by Martin Gilbert which I do recommend you read

http://www.jcpa.org/text/israel-rights/kiyum-gilbert.pdf

Most people do not understand at all what happened during the years 1917 to 1923 aprox.

In short

San Remo 1920 the Balfour Declaration was fleshed out and made into International Law" and the Jewish state was to be all of present day Israel, Gaza, Golan Heights and present day Jordan

Cairo March 1921 Churchill and Britain made strong statements in support of the Jews and Zionism but IN THE SAME SPEECH stripped away from the Jewish Homeland 78 per cent calling it Transjordan TO BE JUDENFREI

Directly after Cairo Churchill travelled to Jerusalem and there he was presented with a petition from the Arabs stating that they would accept no Jewish Immigration

As Churchill returned home riots from the Arab (Muslims) followed and the Jewish warlord Samuel stated that jewish Immigration was suspended

And therein is the pattern of the Jihad in general, which will be repeated post the Obama speech. This is a law of nature. It is as predictable as day follows night.

annex, yes, but citizenship only after US style history test and loyalty oath.

Felix, thanks for the added history.

Batya, no citizenship. Period. If they don't like it, they can drink the waters of Amman.

Shy, I can live with that. You're right.
But in general, I think Israel should be more "selective" re: citizenship and Knesset voting. That's why I mentioned the American system.

Batya

Thanks for returning to me on this vital matter.

You are right, Shy also may be right.

In a sense the details of TACTICS does not toally matter

the strategy though does and the strategy is drawn from history

That is why I published this article I mentioned, an ongoing project

The Jews are oppressed by Antisemitism which is given a new form with the new phenomenon (1920s on) of Fascism

Even on that level, as a respite, the state must be Jewish

There is no room for the antisemitic enemy

this is the British, the Europeans with their history, the Americans, the Arabs of course

Only Jewish guests or guests of the Jews and that is implicit in the league of Nations Mandate 1920. You must be invited.

know your/our history. It goes back to 1920 San Remo when the area for the Jews was present day Israel, Judea and Samaria, Golan and present day Jordan

This will be decided in the heat of battle because Jabotinsky was right, the Arabs are not a rabble but are a people who are based on Sharia and Islam

There is NO alternative but to take out in one way or another both Fatah and Hamas and for Israel to prevail west of the River Jordan.

The bottom line is nobody who opposes Israel can remain in Israel.

At this basic level it is a respite from antisemitism

There must be no antisemitism allowed in deed or spoken word.

Jews as a Jewish friend said to me face a wall inside Israel, that is the major hurdle.

My feelings are to go with Jew News and to go with the Jewish youth but not with spontaneity. There must be a youth party or a youth leadership, and it must have a name, and it must be disciplined, a discipline born out of a clear understanding of the history. As a start this youth movement or youth leadership must be very well based on an understanding of all aspects of this history.

The "Indignados" in Spain are no model. The youth there are being led by hippies and anarchists, and probably most definitively by now are well infiltrated at all levels by the Spanish police, you know young reactionaries dressed up as hippy types, ready to be used as agents provocateurs etc.

Batna...we must have a party in the Spanish youth. it must be above all disciplined/self disciplined, a discipline born out of consciousness, not imposed from without

I am very encouraged by the level of Jewish consciousness on Jew News but of course I have a very sketchy understanding of political life in Israel

I know Shy and he has been a good friend, but we must find new ways to make things live, Feiglin will play a role but Feiglin is limited theoretically and cannot obviously make the theoretical and practical leap that is needed today

As a point of reference to Felix's comments, please note that he is a Trotsky fan.

I'm not kidding.

Shy, Felix, maybe I should just let you two go at it.
Thanks
ps Felix, since you admit that you admit that you "have a very sketchy understanding of political life in Israel," maybe you should listen/read more of what we say before giving an opinion.
