politics

The back-stabbing has begun. I don't see any real positive "vision" in the Israeli political parties. Kadima, Labor and Likud are fighting for the same votes. I hope they all end up well "bloodied."

G-d willing, the new NU-NRP will entice voters with faith in Eretz Yisrael and the unity of Am Yisrael.

I came up with this brainstorm. What we need is a new party. It shouldn't be Likud, NU or NRP or Shas or UTJ, etc. A totally new party. The Platform of this party should be same unifying theme that Batya mentioned. Then I thought what would be a good name? I came up with the name Shomrei Habrith, Keepers of the Covenant. I would hope this party would attract traditional, religious zionist and chareidi population from all the above mentioned parties.

Just like Kadima brought in members of various existing parties crossing party lines, Shomrei Habrith could do a similar thing.

Any comments?

Actually, we don't need a new party. it's a waste of votes and money. We have to support the best one, and that's Moledet/National Union.
