Peres: Invest in the Sea, not Judea/Samaria
Nobody sane would make such a proposal, so it's no surprise that it's Shimon Peres! Add that to his new middle east!
Most of Judea and Samaria are empty, unoccupied, if you'll excuse the expression, so why is Peres treating our Land like over-built Manhattan or Hong Kong?
