Jewish Israel has previously covered the Waller family and their gospel-inspired grape harvesting expeditions in Samaria. Things have intensified and deteriorated since our initial report of October 2009.
The messianic family and their harvesting team collaborated with missionaries in the production of an award-winning documentary that reeks of classical Christian anti-Semitism. Not only is the Waller family featured on the film's posters, which made the rounds at the Cannes and Monaco Film festivals, but their major role in the film's previews are interspersed with scenes of in-your-face street proselytizing directed at Jews.
Tommy Waller recently issued an impassioned call for volunteers to help plant, prune and harvest the mountains of Israel in preparation for the "great restoration wedding feast" to take place in Jerusalem between Jesus the groom and his "people/bride". According to Tommy, "Yeshua will not come to a wedding without wine!"
Jewish farmers and vintners in Judea and Shomron, who utilize the Wallers' services and appear in their promotional material, have a lot of thinking to do. This is a must read, sobering report…more

Watching and listening to these missionaries makes me want to vomit. They are lying thieves and destroyers of Jewish souls! What can we do?
Moriah,
Off the top of my head...
1)We need to push for immediate and strigent counter-missionary legislation
2)We need to create public awareness among Jewish leaders in Israel and the Diaspora. They need to understand that the evangelical-Israel alliance does have strings attached.
3) We need to ask our rabbinic leaders to get together and offer clear guidelines on this issue for the Torah observant community
Long
4) We need to provide our youth with a solid Torah education
5) We have to learn to assert ourselves as a Jewish nation and learn to say "No!"
6) We need to trash the ideas of "Biblical and Christian Zionism" and "Faith-based diplomacy". We need to establish our diplomatic efforts and alliances on strategic, moral, and Judaic grounds, rather than any interfaith footing.
We need to pray with more kavanah at the Shemoneh Esrey blessing to return our judges as of before. This is so that we can thwart the Erev Rav government we have of today in Israel. They are a thorn in the eyes of Klal Yisrael.
Rabbi Tovia Singer has taken down his shingle permanently I guess. He was always fighting this kind for us. We need some good counter-missionaries to teach us how to defend our right to be Jewish our nation.
You really cannot do the 'interfaith' thing because it always comes back to this. If you give them an inch of tolerance, you will soon realize; they have no tolerance for anyone else. They just don't blow themselves up everywhere like the cousins.
We need to drive them out. This is what Sarah did to Ishmael. This is what works. Did Hashem ever say anywhere that we will ever be one big happy family? No, he said if we learn their ways and pray to their g-ds, we will be destroyed. B'H Netanyahu is coming around...

This is all so disturbing. This is OT to the article but something that just occurred to me a few days ago:
Did I read on Jewish Israel a while back that Messianic Jews may be allowed to make aliyah? That is troubling enough. But what if xtian evangelicals try to argue to courts that they should be allowed to make aliyah too since they consider themselves "grafted in"? I worry that this might be the reason they are making so many donations to Jewish politicians and organizations.
BTW: I heard Penina Taylor's interview with Judy Simon on INN. I was blown away at her story. If people haven't listened to her interview they really should. It's an amazing story of how a woman returned to Judaism; not just her, but he husband who also converted.
Here is a link to the interview (you can download the podcast or just listen to it on Arutz Sheva)

Keli Ata,
Evangelical lawyers representing the an evangelizing "messianic" community in Israel are certainly doing their best to introduce legislation enabling "messianic" Christians to make aliyah.
I think it's important that Jews in the Diaspora understand that the terms "evangelical" and "messianic" often become interchangeable here in Israel.
I think it's apparent that many evangelicals feel very attached to the "the land" and that individuals and church institutions are trying to gain a foothold and influence in the Jewish state via donations and other support.
Keli Ata,
Penina has a published book on her journey called "Coming Full Circle".
TY for the title of Penina's book. I would love to read it.
The one think that stands out in my mind more than anything was that Penina and her husband wanted to learn the truth about G-d
