JNS.org – Palestinian Authority (PA) President Mahmoud Abbas threatened to stop abiding by the 1993 Oslo Accords in a speech at the United Nations General Assembly on Wednesday, accusing Israel of halting the withdrawal of its forces from disputed territories as stipulated by the peace agreement.I find it so incomprehensible that a man as knowledgeable and intelligent as Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu can act surprised at Abbas's speech, as if this is the first time Abbas has said such things. We've heard this before; haven't we?
“As long as Israel refuses to commit to the agreements signed with us, which render us an authority without real powers, and as long as Israel refuses to cease settlement activities and to release of the fourth group of Palestinian prisoners in accordance with our agreements, they leave us no choice but to insist that we will not remain the only ones committed to the implementation of these agreements, while Israel continuously violates them,” Abbas said.
The only reasonable and intelligent and useful thing for Netanyahu to do in response would be to accept the cancellation of Oslo, cease to support the PA-Palestinian Authority in all ways and most important announce the end of negotiations for a "two state solution," sic, because there should never be a state for those terrorists who call themselves "Palestinians," sic.
Prime Minister Netanyahu should also make it clear to the world that we're prepared to be on our own and that any country that supports the terror "state of Palestine" is Israel's enemy.

Well, I have to say that I'm not surprised by PM Netanyahu's reaction.
No one seems to see that the PA has never abided by the Oslo "Death" Accords, accept for the "death" part.
