Kol HaKavod, "all the power" to Baruch Marzel, who will be heading an Arab polling station during next week's Israeli elections!
It's very easy for the the polling stations to cheat, so the staff and observers have to be tough. Sorry, I'm not going to list the various ways I know of.
I've heard from people who had been sent to polling stations in Arab communities that when the cheating was done, the observers were too terrified to make a fuss. And since their identity, address etc were all known, they wouldn't even file protests afterwards.
If I've heard of it, I'm sure that Marzel has, too. It takes guts to do the job well.
בהצלחה B'hatzlacha! Good Luck!
