people are upset here in the US, but its getting little play in the press and the news as a whole is just overwelming...I went to church this morning and there was prayer for justice in Gaza, The pastor felt he doesnt know all the facts but sees hurting people and young families uprooted from homes and that is a bad thing...

No peace was promised by the Arabs, and they never asked for Gush Katif. Some of the communities were established after Begin's Camp David and were supposed to be eternally Israel.
