from way back when |
As has been my custom, since I have found myself "holding the bag," being the one and only blog carnival host for both of these Jewish blog carnivals, I just choose a variety of eighteen 18 讞讬 Chai Life posts from various blogs, including my own obviously.
You can get more information on the facebook pages, Havel Havelim and Kosher Cooking Carnival, and if you'd like to get more active, then please email me. These editions now come out periodically, according to my moods.
Remember that these blog carnivals are for everyone, bloggers and non-bloggers alike, to read, comment and share. I hope that you take a look at the various blog (notice no mention of the blogs' names) posts included here and let me know what you think of the selection. Enjoy!

Perhaps one of the most PERPLEXING news in the past couple of days has been that the Israeli government has volunteered to take in 100 SYRIAN ORPHANS, giving them full citizenship - along with their uncles, siblings, cousins, grandparents, etc., when they show up.
We are not allowed to use the word that characterizes this type of action by elected officials. No. Perhaps BETRAYAL is the mildest version of that word.
Jewish Press: US to Ban Syrian Refugees, Israel Accepts 100 Syrian Orphans
The move was originated by SHA$, with the PM approval. 100 Syrian children will receive temporary resident status, be placed in boarding schools and with Arab foster families, and later, should their families seek a unification, both they and their family members would be absorbed in Israel.

Those orphans could very well be trained jihadis already, and Jew-haters for sure. Your own Arabs train toddlers to wear suicide vests and shoot Jews.
WHO AND WHAT EXACTLY WAS USED TO PERSUADE SHAS AND THE PM TO DO THIS?

No matter how much Israelis celebrate a few crumbs thrown at them in the form of construction permits, the truth is that Israel is being undermined by the very officials who are supposed to protect the country and foresee the negative consequences of their actions in the long run.
More construction means nothing without full annexation of what's left of the land you liberated in 1967. You had whole towns built in Gaza, and it was all for nothing.
Israeli voters' degree of TOLERANCE for 'betrayals' on the part of their politicians is astounding. It's not just the massive land surrenders perpetrated in the past, but things that don't appear to matter much at the time, such as these jihadi orphans. But they do.
Years ago your authorities were incapable of saying NO to African infiltrators. Today Israelis have a BIG PROBLEM in south Tel Aviv, and in society as a whole. One by one, they came in. Today there are tens of thousands of them, reproducing, committing violent crimes, refusing to leave.
Your Zionist demography is thin. When you add Arabs, non-Jews, leftist and other anti-Zionist voters together, you don't have much.
Jewish mothers in Judea and Samaria celebrate each new baby, thinking they are adding to their demographic power. And then comes Sha$ and the PM importing 100 jihadi children and their relatives. To say nothing of how the government turns a blind eye to Bedouin importing wives from outside Israel.
It's as if they don't care.... Or as if they have a vision for Israel's future that is not the same as yours, and voters still haven't caught on.
