Celebrate Chanukah and Rosh Chodesh Tevet

The return of Jewish Life in Shiloh is certainly a Chanukah-like occasion to celebrate. During Biblical Times, Shiloh was central to Jewish Life in The Land of Israel. The Mishkan, Holy Tabernacle, the forerunner of the Holy Temple rested in Shiloh for close to four hundred 400 years. That was where the priests were stationed and public religious prayers/sacrifices made.

For the past few years, I've been inviting women to joion me at Shiloh Hakeduma, Tel Shiloh every Rosh Chodesh, the beginning of the Jewish Month. The upcoming month is Tevet, and the First of Tevet will be this Sunday.
