MDA Draws Blood at Elav Missionary Conference in Jerusalem
Last month JewishIsrael posted a community update on the Elav missionary conference and concert which took place this year at Jerusalem’s First Station. Sponsored by the Succat Hallel ministry, the annual event openly calls for "a Jesus revolution in Israel" and for Jewish, Arab and Christian Israeli youth to surrender their lives to christ.
JewishIsrael found it disturbing that a Jerusalem Municipality property such as the First Station would lend their facilities to a concert which targets Israeli youth with an overtly conversionary agenda. However, we should all be especially taken aback to see Magen David Adom (MDA) actively partnering in a blood drive in conjunction with this messianic Christian event.
JewishIsrael went to Jerusalem's First Station to get an onsite report...more

Ellen, thanks so much for posting this and all of your valuable work for the Jewish People.
Time to consider holding a conference with information on Hashem and invite christian youth that live there to learn the truth. The conference could be called "Mystery explained to the nations. Know who G'd really is". At this conference teach the nations. Pass out flyers with the truth. The truth is simple and the conference should last no more then 30 minutes. Educate your own that they already "know who G'd is and there is no other". It is an insult to the name of Hashem to allow their attempt to destroy the belief in the one G'd of Israel and to influence your youth to believe they needed jesus to die for them when they do not. These christians are not grafted in. They are trying to replace G'd. It has been tried for centuries. Many of Israel have died over this. They are being open with what they are doing. No need to debate belief's with them. They will not listen to you but expect you to listen to them. Everyone in Israel already heard of jesus and no need to be told again. If they want more info about Jewish views of christianity they can look at websites and debates by Rabbi Tovia Singer and Rabbi Yoseph Mizrachi. Besides you are busy living a miracle building the nation of Israel.

Just saying oy about this is not a constructive suggestion on what to do about these missionary activities with approval of lical municipalities by providing municipal connected facilities.
The one suggestion in the comments is not realistic other than for those who beg and insist to learn about judaism. First and foremost each and every one of us must find ways to educate the municipal leadership in our city and region on the threat these evangelizing groups pose to us in Israel so they will not enable their activities by providing mass facilities for these events !!
Jerusalem municipality , first and foremost should receve letters fom us all protesting their enabling t facilities under their authority for thebuse of evangelizing to youth (jewish youth among them)!

How can it stop as long as the 'leadership' in Israel is aiding and abetting this chilul H'? There must be a gigantic public outcry against avodah zorah in Eretz Hakodesh!
