From its beginning, the two main attractions have been the Rami Levi Discount Supermarket, a police station and the big sick fund clinic of Kupat Cholim Le'umit. In addition there a lots more stores, Yafiz-Clothing for the Whole Family (yes, where I work,) furniture, pharmacy, Shifon Bakery, dress boutique, camping equipment, housewares, health food, books, shoes, dental clinic, events/wedding hall and more.
In many ways Sha'ar Binyamin reminds me of a 1950's suburban/rural strip mall that wasn't fully planned but keeps on getting bigger.
Wandering around yesterday, before I could sign in to work, I took these photos:
It seems that we'll be getting a bus station of sorts! |

I'd like to hear more about Arabs immigration out of Judea and Samaria, leaving that land for good.

I can't give you any news on that, but one thing for sure... considering how popular the Jewish stores are for the Arabs (as employees and customers in them) is their vote against terrorism and having a state of their own. They are very happy with the status quo and don't mind giving their money to Jewish businesses.
