There's only one way to stop the Arab terrorists and that's to defeat, meaning destroy them.

Hours after IDF kills global jihad terrorist in air strike, Palestinians fire dozens of mortar shells into Eshkol Regional Council area; no immediate reports of injury; IDF responds with tank fire. complete article

Peace, the true kind, isn't on the menu.
Dozens of rockets and mortar shells exploded in the Eshkol Regional Council in southern Israel on Sunday evening.
Residents of Kibbutz Kerem Shalom were told to stay in their homes, for reasons of safety. complete article
Have you also noticed something very peculiar in the grammar of this previous piece?  When I read of or hear about rockets and mortor shells exploding, without cause, I wonder if it's not just spontaneous combustion.  That would make it almost an "act of G-d."  But we all know it wasn't such a thing.  And we know, or should know, that the six million Jews who "died" in the Holocaust didn't "perish," like in an avalanche, another ac  of G-d, the were murdered, tortured so abused by the Nazis that there was nothing to suit the word "perished."  A few years ago I went to Yad Vashem and became greatly disturbed by the wording of the signs.

Just like we need to take the correct medicine to cure an illness, we need to take the right, suitable steps to stop our enemies.  Some herbal tea with honey and a pinch of salt may be good if you have a headache from dehydration, but if the cause of your headache is a brain tumor, that tea won't cure you.

And just to remind you, the Arabs are very straight and honest about their true aim, if you're willing to listen.  They want us destroyed, gone, dead.  Ruthie Blum in Israel Hayom explained it very well.

War isn't easy.  There are no guarantees, but if we don't fight our enemies to the death, they will do their best to destroy us.  We have no choice, none at all.

Shalom!
Well, well, well... Abandoning Sinai (Yamit) and Gush Katif certainly hasn't resulted in peace yet, has it? Those "flying things" (Dov Weiss's choice of words) just haven't stopped flying. Latma has a great skit on the cause of the increased number of missiles that the Arabs are launching from the Gaza Strip. It takes the main character a while to remember "The Disengagement". I suppose it's too much to ask most people to remember "The Yamit Evacuation".

Hadassa, so true. It's totally forgotten by most Israelis. And a whole generation has been born and grown up since Menachem Begin gave Egypt the Sinai.
