The latest news says that ten people were killed in the train accident yesterday. http://www.israelnn.com/news.php3?id=84339 Many, many more were injured when heavy truck crashed into a passenger train in the south of Israel.
Before anything could be investigated, everyone was asking:"Was it an accident or a terror attack?" A few years ago, the mother of a student of mine was killed/murdered (along with two passengers) when an Arab truck driver slammed into her car. There have been many other similar "accidents" which seem so intentional they must be terror attacks.
Last night on the news, they were discussing the employment conditions of the drivers for the truck company involved in yesterday's tragedy. Apparently the drivers are forced/required to drive ridiculously long hours without proper breaks.

Either way, it's very sad.
Now they're saying that the driver had lots of "moving violations." So why wasn't his license taken away?
