And, not only do we see you, but you're 'wearing' that gorgeous Batya smile of yours!!! Some day you will bounce a great grandchild on your knee, Be'H and say, "One day I was in a photo with the 9th President of the state of Israel!" I hated the man's politics, but I must say that unlike many other famous politicians, he was not 'anti-Jewish.' He actually enjoyed visiting Rabbis such as R' Ovadiah Yosef, for example even before he became President. May we all merit to live in good health with the strength and energy he possessed until our 90's. (His young aids complained that they had a hard time keeping up with him!
Thanks, it's amazing where blogging has taken me. I was taking a picture of Peres, which you can see in the previous blog post. I guess you can say that Shimon Peres was never old and frail, a blessing for sure.
Surprised by this love fest for someone who caused so many Jewish casualties.
