Take the caps off your glasses, please!

Some people don't need covers on their glasses not to see. They focus solely on a world of dreams and illusions. I keep reading and hearing that
"the Palestinians(-sic) want peace, just like Israelis do. They, too, are tired of war." "Yoo hoo! Wake up , listen to what they're saying. Pay attention to what they're teaching their children."

Supporting peace education in the PA?

Anyone who hopes for peace should be horrified by the content of the latest set of Palestinian schoolbooks. In many respects, these new books for Grade 12, written by Fatah-appointed Palestinian educators, are the worst of the textbooks produced by the Palestinian Authority since 2000.
These newest books deny Israel's right to exist, anticipate its destruction and define the conflict with Israel as religious, not merely territorial.

Bethlehem - Ma'an - Head of the Hamas political bureau, Khalid Mash'al, has declared that the key to any solution to the Palestinian issue is Israeli recognition of Palestinian rights; to withdraw from the West Bank and the Gaza Strip and comply with Palestinian demands.
