Marzel Against Tel Aviv Rally
(IsraelNN.com) Land of Israel activist Baruch Marzel, who ran for Knesset in the last elections, spoke out against the mass rally in Tel Aviv on Thursday night. Approximately 150,000 Israelis are taking part in the rally and calling on Prime Minister Ehud Olmert to resign from office and hold new elections.
Marzel said that former IDF Major-General Uzi Dayan, organizer of the rally and head of the Tafnit party, holds the same political positions as do Olmert and Defense Minister Amir Peretz. Dayan was part of the “festival of deception” that created “illusions of peace” in recent years, Marzel said.
