OurCrowd Is Messing With the Wrong Crowd at Jerusalem Passover Breakfast

 Posted by JewishIsrael.com
OurCrowd, Jon Medved’s venture capital platform encouraging investment in Israel, is hosting a Passover Breakfast at the Waldorf Astoria in Jerusalem.
Israeli Attorney Calev Myers is scheduled as the guest speaker. Jon Medved may be unaware that Myers is a messianic Christian leader and an active advocate for messianic Christian rights in Israel.

It is important that Jewish investors and leaders carefully consider the costs involved in giving a messianic leader and activist such as Myers legitimacy, knowing that he has an agenda to establish a serious Christian foothold in Israel and is determined to change the nature of Judaism and the Jewish state...more

Yalkut Meam Loez commentary on Kohelet [Ecclesiastes], chapter 2, verse 4:

If the Beth HaMikdash [Jewish Temple in Jerusalem] had been built on stolen land, then G_d would not have settled His Presence there [because the Biblical Book of Isaiah, chapter 61, verse 8, teaches that G_d hates sacrificial offerings that are tainted by theft].

CHRONOLOGY: The Yalkut Meam Loez commentary on Kohelet was written by Rabbi Shmuel Yerushalmi, following the death of Rabbi Yaakov Culi on 1732 CE in Constantinople, and was translated into English by Dr. Tzvi Faier in 1988 CE.

Mr. Cohen, I don't know what relevance your comment has to JewishIsrael's article but here's an addendum to what you posted:

Hi Ellen, Batya. It's been so long since I've visited this blog and Jewish Israel.

I haven't been blogging for over a year, sadly. Long story.

Wonderful to read that Jewish Israel is still fighting for Jewish souls.

I'm heading over to Facebook to friend you:)
