The True Danger in The Migron Agreement

Winston Churchill
“Churchill: "Madam, would you sleep with me for five million pounds?" Socialite: "My goodness, Mr. Churchill... Well, I suppose... we would have to discuss terms, of course... "
Churchill: "Would you sleep with me for five pounds?"
Socialite: "Mr. Churchill, what kind of woman do you think I am?!" Churchill: "Madam, we've already established that. Now we are haggling about the price”
Winston Churchill

Making an agreement to move Migron was like the woman who agreed to sleep with Churchill for five million pounds.

Now Migron is in danger.  National Union MK Dr. Arie Eldad is one of the few Knesset members who understands the picture:
"As far as I know, they are going to start the eviction of Migron tomorrow morning," Eldad wrote in his Facebook account. "They will close off the roads in order to prevent supporters of the community from showing up, and avoid a legitimate protest."
"I call upon whoever holds the building and settlement of the Land dear to his heart to get to Migron by any route possible and to hold a nonviolent protest there against the crime of eviction and destruction of a community, most of which is now on land that was bought by the Jewish settlers." (complete article)
None of this is a surprise for me.

Why mention safety?  That's not the issue.
The request was filed after the Mateh Binyamin Regional Council submitted an opinion to the Supreme Court stating that the site is not yet ready for occupancy due to safety hazards which still remain on the site. (complete article)

Remember that most of the Migron land has been purchased by Jews, abut the court won't accept/recognize it.  The Israeli judges have their agenda and it isn't following the law and giving rights to Jews.  The government follows the courts, so you can't trust the government either.

Let this week be a good one!

Shalom!
Are you sure that the timing of Dr. Eldad's request wasn't due to information received leading people to think that Expulsion is supposed to start this morning, earlier than previously stated? I thought that he was opposed - rightfully so - to bargaining over the Land of Israel.

fJews are far more efficient anti-Semites than their enemies.

In Israel, Jews are viewed as being more dangerous than the Arabs and Iranians!

That's why they have to go to the back of the bus. And there is sad to say, no Rosa Parks among the residents of Migron.

The lemming spirit that drove Jews to seemingly commit mass suicide during the Holocaust lives on as it does in the sadistic spirit of other Jews who persecute them for not being submissive enough to their authority!

What's all too obvious is you can take the Jew out of the ghetto but you can't take the ghetto out of the Jew. So much for the promise in Israel's national anthem to be a "free people in our land and Jerusalem." When Jews are not free to live in homes they bought with their own money, they are little better than slaves.

All the beautiful words in the world won't change the reality of the Jewish condition today.

Amen!
And may the incoming New Year be one blessed with Peace for Israel and for Acheinu kol Yisrael; as well as for all good people.
Shalom, Batya.

>> The government follows the courts

what is your suggested alternative?

the courts are supposed to follow the laws of the land. Israeli justices decide according to their feelings and ideologies. That's wrong; they are not gods.
