No!
A few years ago, I had a "cousins day" in Philadelphia, PA. That's a city with great significance in American History. I was rather amused at what they call "archeology" there. The sites have histories of just a few hundred years. In my hometown of Shiloh, archaeologists are able to document and active history of thousands of years, and it's clear that there was a strong Jewish presence long before the Christians and Moslems were around.

Yesterday there was an amazing development in the modern relationship between the Jewish People and the Temple Mount, the site where both of our Holy Temples had stood. On Tisha b'Av, the 9th of the Jewish Month of Av, 5777, more Jews were lined up to ascend the Temple Mount than to pray at the Kotel. This was a revolution of sorts.
More Jews are insisting on going to the holiest spot than making do with the outer support wall aka the Kotel.
We are totally connected to our ancient past, our amazing history. We shouldn't let the politicians get us down. We are on our way to Redemption, thank the Good Lord.
