Here in Israel useful idiots have taken to the streets demanding that the elected government kowtow to terrorists' demands.
Here in Israel useful idiots are blaming the government for the acts of the terrorists instead of strengthening the government to fight our enemies.
FOLLOW THE MONEY #followthemoney
Who's controlling the useful idiots?
International Leftists, Progressives the pro Gaza pro Hamas crowd.
Unfortunately Bibi is too weak and isn't properly defending us. Defending us means Judicial Reform and court-martialing/firing head military honchos who failed totally October 7. It also means that the IDF and its generals shouldn't consider themselves independent of the elected government. Bibi, as the longest serving Prime Minister has always taken the easy way out and let them continue making policy. That's how we got into this mess.
Even worse is that the Likud voters, supporters and most of the MKs are too afraid to force Binyamin Bibi Netanyahu to retire from the Knesset, retire from his position as Prime Minister. We need true leadership, not the fake stuff, the fancy oratory we have now.
The useful idiots are blaming Bibi for holding the hostages, which makes no sense. He's not holding them.
The useful idiots are demanding that Bibi free the hostages. How can he free them when he's not holding them? And when the IDF gets close to rescuing them, Hamas now executes them. And what do the useful idiots then say? That their execution was Bibi's fault. Duh?
Now to tell you the truth, I've been against Bibi Netanyahu for years, well over a decade to be exact. I caught onto his game in 2008. He talks the talk but doesn't walk the walk. His recent talk in Congress followed the same pattern as at the International Jewish Bloggers Convention in 2008. First Bibi hypnotizes his followers with very nationalist Right wing rhetoric, and then when he has almost his entire audience/followers hypnotized he tells the truth. But they somehow don't hear it. Somehow I hear it. In 2008 he said that when he returns to the position as Prime Minister, he'd be a centrist. Think of all the Jewish homes and communities have been destroyed during Netanyahu's time as Prime Minister. In Congress he made three dangerous promises.
- Israelis won't return to live in Gaza.
- He "envisions" peaceful Gazans policing themselves.
- He proudly bragged that Israel is the most moral army protecting innocent sic Gazan civilians-- even though it endangers Israeli soldiers

Extremely well-written; I agree totally with everything you wrote Batya! Herzl Ha'Levi is being allowed to bring in new officers to key positions in the IDF after his failure that led to October 7th; what the he*l ????
a, thanks. The problem is that the courts are allowing Halevi to appoint more officers, which is doubly problematic. Bibi undermined Judicial Reform, but that's another reason why he shouldn't be trusted.
Batya, every word is true. The Kaplanistas and protestors in Tel Aviv are hurting Israel, and their demands are unrealistic: stop the war- a ceasefire and give up the Philadelphia Corridor, the one move the IDF has made that is deatroying Hamas military and demolishing the miles of tunnels which smuggle in arms and fighters.
Our enemies and entire gentile world are watching the country burn, citizens turning on each other rather than unifying at a time when the nation is in extreme peril
The protestors are “useful “idiots because they believe Hamas lies. And Sinwar is too clever, more so than the fools at the top command chain He has divided the country using the hostages. The protestors being gullible and destructive, are willing, for maybe a handful of hostages, and the remainder never be released, to give up the war, lose , leaving Hamas in power to revisit Southern Israel as promised, kill and kidnap more Jewish children, old and sick, etc As for the lives of soliders , who spilt blood to protect the country, and their families, plus the 1200 that died that black Sabbath, their losses were in vain. This is a shanda for the goyim to witness- our weakness of turning against each each orher in an existential crises. Same for the war cabinet
Bibi’s cabinet, particularly Halevi and Gallant, are agreeing with the insane hostage deal, of surrendering to Hamas demands. Basically losing the war
and giving Hamas a victory.
I wonder how everyone wanting the war to stop without a clear win will feel wayching the Gazans cheering and celebrating their victory. Parades will fill the streets of Haza and Judea Samaria
I believe the CIA got to the commanders ( mainly Gallant and Halevi).
Their conduct is treasonous . Same with Gantz and Eisenkot, who tried to do a coup de etat from the White House this year . This is treason at its worst - in the US or many European countries they would be tried and imprisoned
They are simply American stooges. Why Bibi has not fired Gallant and Halevi is anyones guess. In the meantime, Iran and Nasrallah are studying every move military Israel makes. As of now, the IDF commanders and generals are allowing Lebanon to fight a tit for tat war as occurred in Gaza for 20 years—-a war of attrition that Israel cannot sustain. This is the Iranian playbook and Bibi has done nothing to circumvent it.
Israel is shrinking in land mass- the southern part of Israel and north near Lebanon have been abandoned by the citizens. Whole villages have been destroyed and there is no end in sight 150k citizens are homeless, with no plans to return. Until Israel fights and wins these wars , Israel has lost 1/3 of the country land mass and usability .
Bibi needs to stop lying to the people, and stop telling them the objectives of this war in Gaza are to smash Hamas and get back hostages. This is not true. The hostages are not the first priority , never were And now the country is divided. Chaos un the streets What Bibi should have said publicly to the people and Biden was that Israel will never allow another Jew to be taken hostage again, and we will hunt down every Hamasnik and liquidate them. This includes those living in Doha and Turkey. This would have been an honest statement. Now the country sits in limbo
Yes, thanks so much. I'm not pleased with how the government is functioning here in Israel. We're not fighting to destroy the enemy.
The Finger of Blame............Everyone is pointing finger of blame for October 7th, either on the now-resigned Head of Miitary Intelligence, Aharon Haliwa, or the command staff, or the government ministers, or the Supreme Court, or the Head of Southern Command. All fingers are pointing inward at Israeli personalities or Israeli decision-making councils. It all smells so similar to the Intelligence failure of October 6th...................50 years ago. All fingers of blame were pointed inward; no fingers were pointed outward.
What am I referring to? One of the investigators of the 1974 Agranat Commission of Inquiry, Yaakov Hisdai said two very critical things. One is that NO FOREIGN INTELLIGENCE INFLUENCE WAS INVESTIGATED. The other thing he said was that "Until this very day we have no clear answer to Israel's fatal intelligence failure."
If Hisdai has read my recent book, "Deceit of an Ally, (which I personaly gifted him), he no longer can say there is no clear answer.
The answer to October 6th's failure might be the same answer to October 7th's failure.
Don't look inward: LOOK OUTWARD.
Windy, I agree with you 1,000%. Fifty-one 51 years later, and instead of Israel keeping its distance from the USA, it's more entwined, which can Gd forbid be fatal. Deja vu for sure.
