Vote Hillary for 4 (or) 8 More Years of "Executive Privilege," aka Dictatorship!

Separation Of Powers And Checks And Balances

When I was growing up in America, going to New York Public Schools and truly enjoying and absorbing my Social Studies lessons, one of the things I'll never forget was that we were told that the most democratic, honorable, moral aspects of the American Government System is the Principle of "Checks and Balances," "Separation of Powers." This gives equal power to each of the three branches of the American Government, Executive, Judiciary and Legislature. That meant that for any legislation, decision two out of the three branches of government must approve it, unlike in a dictatorship where the Executive can overrule the Judiciary and Legislature.

So, I'm still terribly in shock over the Obama Administration's use of what is called "Executive Privilege," which is supposed to be for only the most emergency of situations, like war. It's not supposed to be an express lane for a POTUS to get approval for whatever policies he/she wants without the hassle of passing it in Congress or the Supreme Court.

Considering that Obama has already broken the law by using Air Force One to transport Hillary and campaign for her, and add to that her own long history of moral/legal problems, it's pretty easy to predict that she will also govern by Executive Privilege.

US President Barack Obama has heartily vouched for Hillary Clinton's trustworthiness during his first outing on the campaign stump for his former secretary of state just hours after his FBI director blasted her handling of classified material... (Independent. ie)

The Obama Administration's abuse of Executive Privilege (and many other things) will probably never be punished, because the news media is overwhelmingly on his side -- plus the academic world and Hollywood are also overwhelmingly on his side.

Yep, that's American "democracy" in the 21st century.
