Bibi Faux Right

Even though Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu is considered by the world as on Israel's Right of the political spectrum, and he's very good and convincing when he makes speeches about our ties to the Land of Israel, his actual on the ground policies are well to the Left when it comes to the Land of Israel. I'm referring to his rather stingy rate of actual building permits to allow new homes  and public buildings for Jews in Judea and Samaria. You may be surprised that the unabashedly Left anti-building for Jews Peace Now backs me up on this.
Peace Now: PM legalized 20 West Bank settler outposts since 2009 (Jerusalem Post)
Peace Now reports less construction in Judea and Samaria in 2015 (Arutz 7)
40 percent fewer homes built in Judea and Samaria in 2015. Judea and Samaria council 'This is an outrageous settlement freeze.'
Considering that the lynchpin of Netanyahu's economic ideology is "supply and demand," he has been doing his best to sabotage that sign of a healthy society in Jewish communities of Judea and Samaria by artificially raising prices by reducing the supply of new homes.

These photos taken in my area, Shiloh, Eli and Sha'ar Binyamin, show that building is going on, but it's not enough and in most cases the permits are quite old and were extremely difficult to get. We all know that he has announced certain building projects, such as in Maale Adumim a number of times, as if just signed and approved, but the pile of paperwork is more massive than the actual buildings, which are still only on paper.

So, the truth is that although Prime minister Binyamin Netanyahu may talk the talk as a Right leader in favor of Jewish Life in Judea and Samaria, he doesn't walk the walk. Or as it was said in the cowboy and Indian movies/tv shows of my youth, he speaks with  forked tongue.

It's tough keeping the Plantation Owners back in Washington happy and at the same time pull the wool over the eyes of the people at home.

Serving two masters is an impossible task, eventually, the tightrope walker falls off on the windy day.

Soon Washington will be looking for another replacement lap dog who rolls over on command more quickly.
Hopefully Israel will replace the puppies with a FEARLESS, ROARING LION.
